Ok these guys are friggin fabulous for cabinets, countertops, sinks, and other things you may want to update in your kitchen. Their prices also happen to be thousands less than Lowes home Depot and etc. The staff was very helpful and I will definitely be using their services in the future. And yes they are aware of their bad Unilocal reviews so they have been working hard to improve, and it shows.

Selection is a bit limited, but prices are unbeatable! You can find cabinets, countertops (granite and quartz), mosaic backsplashes/​accents, bathtubs and sinks here.

We went with L&T after checking a couple places. We had them install granite counter tops in bathroom and kitchen. They were friendly in store and did a good job at install.

I used L and T Cabinet and Granite to install kitchen counters. They saved me over $ 600 from another shop I was considering and they did it all in just over a week. When I found some marks on the counter after completion they graciously came back out and cleaned it up.
They are polite, responsive and affordable. I highly recommend them.

Prices are good: 4 – 5 stars. Quality of workmanship:1−2 stars. Personnel between 1 – 4 stars depending who you will deal with. If you buy here make sure you check all your product during pick up. It will reduce how many times you have to come back. Probably would not buy here again. Price difference is not worth the headache.

Granite Review — This place is fine. They have a medium selection of granite and you can easily go to look at the supply they have on hand. It’s in the driveway and you can pick out the ones you want. Granite of course is a natural product and can have coloration differences, chips or defects.
I like this place because the granite is RIGHT THERE. Other places have a warehouse not on site and you may never see the granite you’re actually installing until after the workmen arrive at your home and it seems way too late to send it back.
The pricing seems fine, since cheaper places often lie to you about stock and more expensive places are not necessarily more polite until you start getting into design showrooms where they only sell granite slabs that are not prefabricated.

Countertop Price and Look 5 stars, very happy with the countertop.
This is for a rental, would I put in my own home, no. Would I put in a rental or rent from a place that has them, sure.

All wood cabinets at a good price, but the workmanship and quality is not up to par. The dispalys looked much better than what we got. (Price wise 4 ½ stars, quality wise 1 star — gloss is uneven and two warped shelves) Disappointed with the cabinets even tho it’s for a rental.
The staff is helpful, but not always friendly. (The guy who took our order and money 1 ½ star, when we picked up the cabinets — the loaders 4 stars)
We got a sink and countertop as well. The granite countertops are at a good price and cut/​installation was $ 400. (Price 4 stars, quality 3 star — sink had a small dent when we got it home). The 2 guys that came to do the counter top did a nice and quick job. (4 stars)
They do mainly Chinese and Spanish contractors.
