Your average hawaiian bbq place. Although, I did like their decorations on the walls. They had Hawaiian words up on the walls with pronunciation so you could learn some everytime you stopped by.
I got the BBQ Chicken. I wish there was more meat in each piece. Seemed kind of like 50% skin, 50% meat. I also wish they charred it a bit more or left it on the grill a bit longer.

I normally order the Kahula Pork. But today, I wanted to try their Chicken Katsu. It was very delicios and crispy. L&L always has enjoyable quick meals.
This is my second visit to this location and it’s all been good. Unlike some of the locations I’ve been to, service was very efficient and the staff was very cheerful here.
I look forward to my next visit and try the Ribs

Big portion sizes here, so if you’re very hungry, this is the place for you. We ordered the Seafood Combo and Seafood Platter, they were really good, of course the items were deep fried but not greasy. Also, you can easily find a parking here, that’s a big plus.

The only thing keeping me from rating 5 stars is the quality of their meat and fish; fast food quality, grade C? Thankfully it keeps me from this place more than 3 or 4 times a year. Honestly it tastes great. The girl at the register is always great. Friendly and knowledgable.

Food is good for Hawaiian. However, I cannot recommend this place any longer because it takes forever for my food to be prepared. 30 minutes is ridiculous for two soups and two mini-​plates. I might try then again after waiting an appropriate period of time… perhaps a year.

My favorite Hawaiian place. Pretty affordable and delicious. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. My personal favorite is chicken cutlet w gravy. It’s kinda like chicken katsu, but instead of the katsu sauce they use the gravy from the loco moco. Yummmm

They open till 1030pm and we get there at 10pm and the new girl who works there told us they only did takeout orders. I told her it’s only 10 and she rolled her eyes on me. Hope you get fired

The food here is so good. The service is amazing too! I came here with my friends and we were in a rush so we went inside to order and asked if we could leave and come back in ten minutes because we needed to go to the bank. We came back earlier than expected and the food was ready.

One thing I enjoy most with restaurants is CONSISTENCY. And l&l always does that for me. I tried other hawaiian joints but l&l is the only one that comes close to good price and good food.
I always come in for my usual order but I try to change it up once in a while and they still serve it up well.
If you’re craving for hawaiian food and you come down to this l&l, let it be known that you’re in good hands.

They rock! Love that it’s in the Lucy’s parking lot, usually parking spaces by the L&L. I come here a lot. I’ll eat here, or call it in and its ready by the time I get there. I like the regular as well as healthy option. Better Macaroni salad than other Hawaiian BBQs. Also, I like the cuts of meat. They don’t have as much grease and skin as other places I have been to.
Always love the music they got on too.

Oh my god, I just found a PUBIC HAIR in my unopened tartare sauce that came with my fried shrimp WHAT THE EFF?! I am absolutely DISGUSTED! What is the health score for this place anyway?!
Imagine sitting down at your home getting ready to eat your fried shrimp, which smells sublime. Now imagine reaching into your takeout L&L bag and pulling out some tartare sauce in which to dip your shrimp in. Now imagine looking down at your sauce and seeing a black, hair-​like something in your unopened tartare sauce. Now imagine opening said sauce to investigate further and realizing you’ve found a PUBIC HAIR strung in said sauce. HORRIFYING. APPALLING.
How does one even get in there, unless EMPLOYEES don’t wash their hands or use gloves while working. I’m sending a complaint in to the health inspector and NEVER coming back to this disgusting location again!

Wow they open late and they serve big portions! I am so surprised that my bfs mini chicken katsu comes with sooo much chicken pieces for around $ 7. Food comes out crispy and chicken was just freshly cooked.

Whenever we craved Hawaiian food we would come to this place since it was convenient. However everytime we go there the wait is really long. My last experience was especially bad due to health issues. As normal we toon our combo plates to go as we dont eat there. The décor and lighting isnt that inviting plus its small. Now I understood how dirty this place is. After my wife finished eating we found not ONE but TWO dead BUGS in the macaroni salad. It was so nasty we almost puked. The bugs werent even small gnats. They were bigger than normal sized looking ones. At first i disregarded it thinking its just char from the spare ribs but no it had legs and a head. I further investigated and found another. I immediately stopped and trashed all the food. NASTY!
Never again we dont like bugs in our food!

Fairly inexpensive but greasy fare that, if you’re hungry or feeding a family, is an alright place to go.
Don’t expect quality cuts of meat — although the price point ain’t that cheap — but you will get heaping portions of Hawaiian-​style meals — including Spam (ugh) if that’s your thing.
Better for takeout as the place is small, borderline dirty with awful florescent lighting that will speed you along to eat and quickly leave.
The woman at the counter was very pleasant but her cheery attitude won’t stop me from trying the noodle shop next door when I’m in this cheerless plaza doing some discount shopping.

Dying. Within the first minute I was striking up a conversation with the most sociable cashier I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!
I came in around 10pm they close at 1030, ordered a MINI chicken katsu but I didn’t even realize until I got back home that I not only got a regular sized portion, they just staaacked it with food.
I mean, I know that’s pretty typical for Hawaiian BBQ places to fillll up their orders so I was really grateful. I’m already full and it doesn’t even look like I touched it
Totally coming back to this l&l, very happy with my visit ^_​_​^

L & L has always offered quality Hawaiian food without having to travel to the islands. I personally like a lot of the things on the menu like their popular chicken Katsu, beef mixed plate minus all the cabbage they serve it with, and most of the musubi rolls.
Unfortunately this location is located in a shopping center that is surrounded by two restaurants that offer seemingly the same kind of food being offered right next-​door to it. However the price point is something that you can’t beat and the portions are huge. I can say for a fact that it always leaves me full and ready for a nap.
Although it definitely has a fast food feel with the island music playing over the loud speaker (which really helps if you have a long wait). Although the food is prepared at a decent speed. It still feels more of a take home kinda location Then it does a sit, relax & enjoy you’re meal kinda Resturant.
