Drove out of my way to get here because they offer fresh, cooked to order food. I have never had a bad experience with them until recently. I ordered my chicken kabobs and had a seat. It was literally 3 minutes when the saddest plate of food arrived into my world. They claim to not use microwaves and cook to order but how did I get my food in 3 minutes? It was microwaved, there was not one grill mark or any evidence of it having ever seen a flat top. The food was pale, completely unappetizing, mushy texture and I left most of it. I probably will never go back and I have turned several of my friends onto Zoe’s thru the years. How far they have fallen…

Here from out of state so checking out the local places. I liked it at zoe’s a lot, good menu reasonable pricing and healthy selections. The food was fresh and of good quality. Environment: open, spacious, modern, colorful, easy to sit in for a quick bite, self seating booths and tables, pop music playing, all windows around you floor to ceiling, metal silverware, self serve condiment area. Quick, efficient service and abundant parking. Happy I stopped! Summary: good for a good quick, cheap, quality stop. No drama.

Amazing! Sadly my only mistake is I visited a different location a few months ago and was beyond not such a good experience. Came back today to this location and got my favorites and was THEBEST! Just like my first visit 6 months ago. Promise to be back and won’t go to another location. Others could learn from you! Keep up the great job!

One of the many spots for lunch in this area. Short description– the Pei Wei of Mediterranean food. It’s not authentic by any means, but it resembles Mediterranean, decent tasting, and cleaned up a bit to appeal to a larger audience. The restaurant is just like any other Zoes with booths, tables, patio seating, all able to seat small or larger groups. Staff is pretty friendly here and food comes out relatively quick. Parking stinks, but that’s just the nature of this shopping complex. Gotta love giant SUVs trying to cram into a «compact» spot. «Fat man in a little coat…»

Stumbled across this café by accident looking for another but was not disappointed, Greek salad was the bomb and that’s saying a lot because I hate salad. The chicken kabobs were tasty and tender. The fruit could use more than the green apple overload. The rice was good too. Modern atmosphere, clean & friendly greeting from cashier.

Searching for some healthy, light and delicious food? Well, look no further than Zoe’s kitchen, because you’ve got all 3 right there! Everything we have tried there has been delicious, from the kabobs to the sandiwches. I have two main weaknesses there: The pasta salad is absolutely delicious, with feta cheese, basil and tomato is perfectly refreshing and tasty. For sandwiches, nothing beats the Gruben: grilled turkey & swiss with slaw, and spicy mustard, on rye! That sandwich is ridiculously tasty, i usually get my dish and gobble the whole sammich before you can say«peter piper picked a peck of pickled peppers»… not sure why you’d say that at this moment, but whatever, i’m here having just enjoyed my delicious Gruben sandwich! WIN! Go here, get the Gruben with a side of pasta salad… You’re welcome!

What a great spot! We came here after church with the kids and the gentleman behind the counter was so accommodating! Our daughter had a meltdown in line which caused some confusion and he was so helpful and patient. My only complaint is that the dining room seems a little crowded. The seating design is too close to other patrons. The guy behind the counter had such amazing customer service where he checked in Back and across the street for ranch dressing that my mom wanted to have with her wrap. I have never seen someone so customer orientated! The kids liked the naked nuggets and we all liked our sandwiches. Very healthy!

This was our first time trying Zoe’s. We called in our(very simple) order at this location, which is close to work and a co-worker went to pick it up. When she got there, they said they didn’t have an order for us and sent her to the Snider plaza location. I didn’t order from that location and she found out very quickly upon arrival. Guess the person who answered the phone didn’t place our order. :-(

The food here is fresh and tasteful and all the selections have a great combination of all elements. I especially like there spice of life which I am also able to purchase to take home and use with my own dishes. Their chicken salad is so delicious and mixes very well with their spice of life. It’s not filled with nuts or celery or cranberries, rather a chicken salad and just that with great flavor. The dining area doesn’t seem to stay as clean as it should but it doesn’t bother me much since I normally take my food to go anyway.

The kabob was everything I hoped it would be and more. We ordered for a big group and they came early.

Called to place an order for pick up. The person who answered the phone did not know what part of Dallas she was located in and proceeded to put the phone down in the counter while she found someone who knew(?). I could hear her helping other customers while I waited. Interesting. After a few minutes, she came back to the phone but did not answer my question. I hung up.

I went to Zoes for the first time today for a menu tasting. I thought it was delicious. All fresh ingredients, nothing deep fried. I especially liked the steak stack and the veggie pizza. All was good. I didn’t like the roasted veggies only because I don’ like cooked brocolli. But I tried it and it was not bad. The hummus was so good. The only thing I didn’t like was that one orders at a counter then waits after recieving a number. I imagine it’very crowded there at peak hours. We went right to a table and the food was brought to us. They have amazing fresh squeezed limeade. Going back!

Five stars because of fabulous service and a caring staff. Staff is empowered to make things right. Great place to eat and I love their Greek Salad with chicken. I will certainly recommend this place !!

Fast, convenient, Mediterranean food. The line at lunch time is pretty long and you have to wait quite a bit for your food, so don’t come here if you’re in a rush. The area where you wait for your food is quite cramped and in the way, so you might be standing in the middle of the line of people waiting to place their orders. Might have to find another location instead.

The chicken salad here is amazing, very fresh tasting and seemed to be appropriately priced for the portion size. The service here was phenomenal and the cashier was very informed about items one the menu. If you want to get away from the McDonald’s and Taco Bells, this is definitely the way to go. Fresh and healthy and not astronomically priced, I’ll definitely be back for more.

I must say the CHICKENKABOBS– ZOËSFAVORITE! Is the shit! It’s now my favorite! The only suggestion I have is they should add a little cup(size of what they put their dressing in) of hummus and I can enjoy it with my pita bread. I’m definitely going to back to try other food on their menu… =)

I happened to be in the area and I felt I needed to make a move that would put me back on track after that blueberry doughnut at the office meeting that I really didn’t need to have. Enters my peripheral vision is Zoe’s. I am a bit skeptical simply because the last time I went there(a different location — Snider Plaza) it was so impressionable that I did not return years later… today. I thought why not. I sought to remain optimistic although I know some«healthy» food venues are lacking in the tasty department. I opted to go with the Chicken Kabos, a noted Zoe’s favorite. The meal sans beverage ran just under $ 10. I felt like the price, while not cheap, was appropriately valued. I got a nice size plate consisting of two chicken kabobs layered with mushrooms and onions along with a well-sized Greek side-salad, pita bread and I subbed roasted vegetables(mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, and ?) for the rice pilaf. I thought it was pretty good. It was hot and fresh tasting and looking. It was a nice portion. It was healthy. And I love getting my vegetables so anytime I can do that particularly for lunch… I’m happy. I will probably go back if I am in the area again. I found Zoe’s to be better than I was led to believe based on prior experiences. Their menu seems to offer a nice variety of options and of course fruits and veggies! The spinach roll-ups looked good. I also was curious about the pita pizzas and the salmon kabobs. Service was cool. Bathrooms were very clean.

Disclosure: I have visited Zoes Kitchen + times. This review focuses on the Lover’s location Zoes Kitchen is a geek/Mediterranean style restaurant that focuses on fresh and healthy choices. My Overall Rating — 2 ½ Stars(Atmosphere, Service, Food) Atmosphere — Located off Lovers in University Park, Zoes sports a nice, clean look with indoor and outdoor seating. However, it can get very busy at lunch, and there is not much indoor seating. The patio is a good size but not usable during the hog Texas summers. When the line gets long there is little room to move. The parking lot also shares space with some popular stores so it can be hard to find a space. ½ Star. Service — It’s a fast casual restaurant, so you place your order, get a number, and wait for your meal. The service is fast and they also are quick to clean. On our last visit they ran out of spoons but did bring us one. All in all no issues here. 1 Star. Food — Zoes has good pita and hummus, but otherwise I find their menu a bit underwhelming. My wife enjoys the chicken orzo soup, but it’s a bit too lemony for me. The sandwiches and chicken are a bit dry, gut I do think the pasta salad is ok. If you’re a fan of hummus, Zoes is for you. As for me, I think I’ll stick to other deli type restaurants. 1 Star. Will I Return? — No this location. The location and size of the restaurant and convenience to get there make it hard for me to return, especially with other Zoes that are not that far off(and bigger). I would have to be a passenger to return here. No Star. My Unilocal Rating Scale(Sum of all parts): 1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars — Food — I’ll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the food. 1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food(2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Unilocal score.

Thought we’re gonna give«healthy» food a shot. Well, I had pimento cheese, it was okay but not something I would come back again for, especially not for that price. The structure is bright and clean though. My friend had the greek salad which I sampled, but wasn’t too impressed. Seemed fresh but my grandma makes better greek salad.

Their Greek salad is to die for. At first I thought it was kind of weird because it came with pasta. But it is so good! And I like the healthy spin that Zoe’s gives everything. I feel like I can eat healthy, but it tastes really good! I have yet to branch out to their other items, but I heard their kabobs were good.

Zoe’s Kitchen is my favorite quick lunch spot! Zoe’s offers your usual soup-and-salad food with a Greek twist. My favorites are the grilled chicken pita, grueben sandwich, and the rosemary braised white beans. The food is delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced! I recently tried the chocolate chip cookie, and it was FABULOUS. So good and fresh out of the oven! LOVEZOE’s!

I know I keep saying this, but there is something about hummus that gets me going. Smooth, creamy and body spread worthy. Although to be honest it took me a few times to jump on the Zoe’s bandwagon. I definitely ordered wrong. This place is a healthy Mediterranean food paradise. The façade is bright and colorful and the place smells amazing. You can order protein heavy meals, salads, fresh fruit, hummus plates… etc. I always order the chicken salad plate with fruit and a side of hummus with their pita. Yum. Yum. Yum. It is quite possibly the BIGGEST portion of fruit I have ever had on a to go order. Fresh and delicious. The chicken salad is amazing, not over done with mayo or just filled with unnecessary stuff… simple. MP usually gets one of two things, their Gruben with pasta salad or their greek salad and hummus plate. The first time I took him there, he practically went kicking and screaming. WAH I don’t want salads and health promoting… WAHWAH! So after I gave him a good kick in his arse, he actually REALLY loved the place. He now asks probably once a week if I would pick up. The service could definitely improve, the people who work there definitely wish they could be someplace else. But overall, I don’t go there for someone brush my hair and call me pretty. I go there for food. Which I love. So, go order some hummus and call me…
