TL;DR — go to Abdel and everything will be fine!
This Supercuts is great. The manager, Abdel Adawi, has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now. He has a dedicated following of customers, some of whom have been going to see him longer than me. I’ve seen him with plenty of loyal female customers, but he has even more male customers who have followed him religiously from his previous Supercuts location on Hillcrest by SMU, and who will wait patiently for an hour for him even though other stylists are open & available. I’m sure the other stylists are great, they are always friendly, the store is always clean & comfortable, but at the end of the day I’m there for Abdel — all around great guy, very professional, and always gets my hair right every time!
Pro tip: call ahead, because Abdel almost always has a waiting list!

It’s not often one finds excellent work along with excellent service but the staff at SuperCuts (Preston and Beltline) managed to do it. I couldn’t not be happier with the way they cut my hair and the staff is always friendly, always providing service with a smile on their face. Thank you SuperCuts.

This Supercuts location is a great place to get your haircut with professional services with lower prices. (I love a good deal.)
I request Abdel to cut my hair because he takes his time, puts effort into styling it and always asks to make sure I am completely satisfied with my cut and style. He is very professional, friendly, and most of all, does a great job cutting hair.
Even when Abdel isn’t available, the other stylists do a great job styling my hair. They are always friendly, honest, and thorough in cutting and styling hair. I have yet to walk away from the place with any kind of regrets.
I highly recommend this place. Hope this helps!

I’m not sure why this place is rated this low. Other than maybe rival businesses playing games. I’ve ALWAYS been treated quite well and have been more than satisfied with my haircut. Everytime. Especially for the price you pay! Would give ten stars

They teach their employees to lie about prices before giving haircuts. They also don’t know how to shampoo or cut sideburns. Poor service, high prices.
