Canceled my appointment via email without consulting me or telling me why or calling me to let me know «hey you won’t have an appointment the day before your wedding and were leaving you high and dry! «super livid would never recommend booking an appointment here how unprofessional. I had a nail freak out emergency not time to call over the metroplex and find someone else who could take me in plus I’m busy on a Friday the day before my wedding. Then they wouldn’t return any calls or texts or emails to let me know what was going on. All I had was the automated cancellation from Style Seat.

While waiting for my appointment with my two girl friends, we were on the couch talking, not being loud by any means. This other customer comes out of a room, gripping at us for «ruining her massage». First we had no idea that she was in there getting a massage, and And her massage tech could’ve come out to say something but did not, so we had no idea what was going on in that room. We were told to sit there, I was unaware it was the «quiet zone» like elementary school. This is a spa, girls come to relax yes and have girl time as well. If I wasn’t about to spend a lot of money for my services I would have left and took my business elsewhere. Then this customer told another tech we were «rude» to her. I didn’t even say a word to her, I suppose to some people that was rude. But I am not apologizing for chatting with my girlfriends while I’m a waiting room at a spa!
The only reason this place gets a 2 is the lady I was there to see was absolutely amazing! Other then that it shouldve been a 1 based on customer service.

Serenity is great! Bibi has been doing my lashes for years and she is amazing. I always get so many compliments on my lashes. They do a great job with mani/​pedis too! They’re updating the salon, which will only make the place even better. Definitely come here to get your lashes done by Bibi!

Bibi is super knowledgable and professional. Tiffany (at the front desk) was very warm and inviting! Overall, a very positive experience. Will definitely recommend and return!

I have been to many lash salons over almost a decade and this is BY FAR THE BEST! It is the quickest and highest quality that I have ever had. The price is the same as any other high quality lash salon. GO HERE AND NEVER LOOK BACK

This place is amazing !!! I love it’s ambiance, it’s like a cute little home. In the front they do your mani and they have little rooms to do lashes down the hallway and the back is where they do Pedicures. On the left they have a tall bench with cute pillows and on the left there are massage chairs on the right. That’s where I sat! Victoria is so sweet and left my nails beautiful! I was impressed. The owner is so kind too!

I’ve had A LOT of pedicures in my lifetime and I’ve tried many different locations. I like to give everyone a fair shot. as a customer, the experience starts the moment I drive into the parking lot. The exterior of the building and of course the moment I walk in. I was less than impressed when I arrived. The building is old and needs a facelift. I walked in expecting to see the typical massage chair w soaking tub and saw the opposite — nothing. I thought I was in the wrong spot. I was told to pick a color — some colors were $ 2-​$ 5 more than others if they were newer collections. The owner called an employee to come to the store and she came running in a few mins after I arrived. I was taken to the back where I sat on a cushioned bench and put my feet in a large tub. She filled the tub w generic DIAL soap… straight from the bottle. There were 3 options to pick from — $ 25 regular pedicure: feet scrubbed, Polish changed. $ 30 pedicure: polish change, feet scrubbed, massaged. $ 40 reflexology pedicure: all of the above plus 15 mins of reflexology and aromatherapy oils. I picked this one. My pedicure started at 10:02am and I was in my car by 10:45am. It was the most pathetic pedicure I’ve ever had. I asked where the reflexology massage was and the woman said she has different techniques than others so I might not have known she was doing it. WHAT?! That’s the worst excuse I’ve ever heard. My feet were BARELY scrubbed let alone massaged. If I’ve learned anything, it’s to not cheat on my favorite pedicure spa ever again! It’s worth the $ 10 – 20 more dollars to have an amazing pedicure and one that lasts longer than 40 mins. I will not return to Serenity Nails.

I found Serenity when I went to Le’s Nails next door and was told to come back in three hours. Serenity took me right away for a gel manicure and did a great job, cheaper too! $ 30 for a gel manicure only, and they look great.

After a recent move from Frisco to Dallas, I have struggled with finding replacements for my usual spots. The choices are numerous and overwhelming! I happened to be in this area and in desperate need of a mani/​pedi. Naturally I turned to Unilocal for direction, and found myself becoming overwhelmed once again. Something drew me to this place, in spite of the lack of reviews. I walked out feeling very thankful I took a chance.
A few things really stand out about this place.
1. No smell of harsh chemicals.
2. Quaint, quiet, cozy, comfy.
3. No annoying massage chairs that really don’t fit my body or relax me in any way. The setup here is something I have never seen before. There is a long bench with cushions and pillows for you to sit on, and the sinks are built into a base below.
4. Very small place with only maybe 8 sinks for feet and 2 – 3 places for hands.
5. Christian music playing and Bible verses on the walls. (Being a Christian, I liked this)
6. Inexpensive. 40 bucks for a mani/​pedi. Yes please!
This place is nothing short of relaxing. A special little hole in the wall where the people are sweet and do a fantastic job. Very clean. Very quiet. You even get a shoulder/​neck rub while your nails are drying.
