Thank you for coming to our house and fixing our dryer. It works great! We are very happy we did not have to go buy a new one.

I wish there had been reviews on this place a year ago when I bought my washer and dryer. I would have never came here. They sell you used dryers and washers and tell you you can trust them because there is a year warranty on them. What they don’t tell you is that it is only in house warranty you have to bring them the broken product. They will then tell you there is a 35.00 charge to come out and look at it. So now I have a broken washer that I have no way to bring to them to be fixed since I had it delivered in the first place.

If I could give this con artist negative 100 stars I would. I found him by Googling used washing machines in my area. I purchased a washer and dryer, delivered and installed in the end of November 2013 for $ 200. It came with a one year warranty.
It worked good until Labor Day Weekend when it stopped spinning. I placed a call and spoke to Sam who said he would come out and fix it in a few days since it was a holiday weekend. He asked me to call on Tuesday and I did. Asked if he could come Thursday, he said make it Friday. Sure, no problem. Called at 8 am Friday as he asked, he said he would be by that afternoon. 2 pm rolled around and no call, I should have known something was up since he didn’t ask my address, but he hadn’t shown up so I called back. Sam said he had given my number to his handy man who would call with a 4 hour time frame in which he would be here. I said well its 2 now, I guess it won’t be today, so when? He said you are in line and he will get to you asap. Well my family needed clean clothes so I went to a laundry mat and spent $ 12 washing clothes. Monday came, still no call, I called back and no answer. After being put off for 10 days I knew I had be ripped off. Luckily a family member helped me out and we got a new washer elsewhere.
BE FOREWARNED!!! This guy is a fraud and if you get a lemon from him with his promise of warranty, he will never come fix it or replace it. Its now been almost 25 days and not a call from him or his handy man. Thought of filing with BBB since I have a warranty receipt so I looked him up, sure enough, 3 reports filed against him.
DO NOT BUY A SINLE THING FROM THIS CROOK SAM!!!

Place to go for used appliances! Sam will fix you up with great appliance at a great price. Went to get Kenmore Washer…$ 100 Wow
