Sally Beauty Supply

Parking can be tricky here but luck was on my side today. The store is neat and clean, the staff is helpful and they don’t make you feel dumb if you don’t know exactly what it is your looking for. Prices are not too bad — they had what I needed and I was in and out in a few minutes.

Elijah was amazingly helpful and very knowledgable with my color questions. He walked me thru the process, gave me instructions, after I changed my mind on the branding he started over and did it all again! He also made sure I got every coupon and discount I could.
Thank u so much Elijah you’re a lifesaver! This is exactly why I drove specifically to this location.

BIG MISTAKE!
Why oh why did I not think to look at Unilocal first??? My bad!!!
Rude person working there and she did not want to help us or answer questions, sorry girly but not everyone is a Beauty Professional who shops at Sally’s!
Immediately left, then we looked up the next closest Sally’s and were treat 10x better.
If you’re in Dallas, you’re in luck, you do NOT have to go to this Sally’s location.
We were able to find 4 more in our GPS, so do yourself a favor, and go to any other location unless you know exactly what you’re looking for & need ZERO help.

Sally’s Beauty Supply has been around forever. I remember coming here as a kid with my grandmother. Nail polish, makeup, hair bows… Everything a girly girl could want. I look forward to all the different sale offers to get more bang for my buck.

Stop the presses! This SBS is absolutely awesome. While it contains all the same Sally stuff as all the other ones, it also has at least a few kick aaa employees who made my last visit not only informative but fun too. Seriously. This is the Sally you should go to for your beauty/​hair needs!

For a small store this place has a good selection of items for all your hair needs. But lord have mercy does the staff always have an attitude? The last time I came in here I asked the woman behind the desk a question, she rolled her eyes, got up, went down the isle, picked up the item I was looking for, handed it to me and said «here», then went back to sit behind the desk. Im SO sorry I made you get up to do your job. This isn’t the first time Ive come in here and received attitude from the staff. I do my best to take my business to other stores to avoid this one but on occasion due to its location I go here by default. :(

The store is in a prime location. However, the service that I DIDN’T receive will make me think twice before I return.
I went in the store looking for nail polish. I received a greeting from two out of the three ladies that were standing around at the counter. One was the manager and the others were sales associates. I was contemplating my colors for quite some time and no one ever came by to see if I had any questions or if I needed anything. They weren’t shy with words because they seemed to be able to carry on several personal conversations as more customers were walking in the doors.
Now…did I need help with finding the «right» color? No, but it would have been nice if someone had made the attempt to assist me anyway. I have been here before but during the week since I work in the area. Will go back but only during the week during my workday. Service seems to be much better during those times.

So I visited the store today and was helped by some woman who works there. Her customer service was so bad that I’ll probably never go back. She eyeballed me from the second I got out of my car.
I needed to do an exchange. I took the item to the counter. She said «why are you returning this?» Her tone was so inappropriate. She asked me more questions in a rude manner. I didn’t even bother to get anything. I just wanted my money back.
I’m probably going to call the headquarters about this woman. There was also a young female working. She didn’t even part her lips to say hello. It’s a shame because this store has a lot of potential with the location and their merchandise. But they won’t get my business ever again.

They had what I wanted, the customer service was better than expected. The location is impeccable — right next to the nail place? Loads of parking.
