My massage was nice. Megan did a great job. It was very relaxing. My «spa» mani/​pedi was pretty awful. (My nails look ok) but the experience was nothing spa like. And was no where near worth $ 95!!! It was really quite sad. I was told to prepare for 2 hours for both services and it was barely an hour long. The gal was nice and we chatted but it was just a run of the mill mani/​pedi. I can get a far better one next door at castle. Had the service lasted the whole almost 2 hours with lots of massaging and such it might have been worth it. But alas it kinda soured my whole experience and ruined my previous relaxation from my massage. So all in all. DONT go here for nail services. Massage was good. Gal at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

The front desk staff there was very helpful. Lisa helped me pick out a perfect gift for my mothers birthday present! I also really like the atmosphere when going in to the spa, it is very relaxing.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Nancy is my pedicurist and is truly the BEST!
Nancy always takes wonderful care of me (and puts up with my extremely ticklish feet!). We talk about our lives while she scrubs, rubs, and beautifies my tootsies. Pure Spa is clean and sanitary and your nails will be cared for correctly. No «chop shop» service here!
Over the years, Nancy has thrown in the added benefit of becoming my friend. She is a special woman who’s kindness and generosity shows in her work. Go get a Pedi with Nancy and see what I mean!

I loved this place! Got a mani/​pedi from Nancy– one of the best I’ve ever had. Great service and my hands and toes looked wonderful!!! Will definitely go back to see her again! Got a facial and hair service as well. All were amazing!

I love this spa! Laura is an amazing massage therapist! I had her rub me down right before my wedding. She completely melted away all my wedding planning stress! The front desk was friendly and helpful. They offered me a glass of complimentary wine as soon as I walked in the door. I really enjoyed relaxing in the Waterhouse after my appointment. They have a jumbo jacuzzi and steam cave! I highly recommend Laura and Pure Spa!

This place does not have a spa atmosphere at all. It’s more an off shoot of the gym next door.
Even the hot tub in the «Waterhouse» had chunks of body hair floating around which was reminiscent of my last gym hot tub experience.
I got a salt glow to try the spa out before booking a full day.
I decided to go some where else for my bday spa day next month.
The service was very disorganized. Even though I’ve had it before (some where else) I wasn’t sure how the therapist wanted me to cover up or even get on the table. I realized this once she left the room… oops.
The scrub it self lasted maybe 10 min. With no moisturizing after. It was just a quick scrub — during which the therapist requested that I took some of the product and scrubbed my nipples — because… ya know, they get itchy this time of year???

When in Rome… Any ways it was odd.
It’s great for a pop in for a quick service but I won’t expect to relax here and I don’t think I’d feel comfortable here all day.
Will probably give it another try with a different service provider.
Pros:
Wine after the service.
Cute water bottle after service too.
Great retail products.
Cons:
Noisy, strange nipple scrubbing, chunks of hair in hot tub, over all not relaxing, confusing.
I did fill out their survey after the service bringing up all this and haven’t heard back at all. Just saying.

Leslie is a wonderful esthetician there! I have received many treatments from her including chemical peels and microdermabrasions. She is very honest, which I love and she spends a lot of time answering any questions you have and walks through the steps. I had old acne scars
From years ago and she was able to get rid of them for me! I absolutely love my complexion now! Thank you Leslie!

My husband and I got a groupon for a 50 minute couples massage. No complaints! Fantastic massage, clean/​nice place. Will be back for an 80 minute massage next time!

I love this place! From the front desk staff, to the masseuse, and the estheticians, everyone is courteous, professional, and very welcoming. I’ve been coming for at least 5 years, and still get excited whenever I scheduled. Take part in the membership packages; they are so worth it!

I appreciate Minna, the business owner reaching out in attempts to resolve the original unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, my friends and I were unable to schedule with them this time. But I will be sure to give them another shot in the future.

I LOVE this place so much so that I have gotten a monthly membership even though I live an hour away! My massage therapist is so much better than others I’ve used. Katie is an amazing Hair stylist and does such a good job. I highly recommend it! You can find a groupon or a living social to try them out.

I love Pure Spa and Salon! They have the best services and staff along with a convenient location and immaculate facility. I also get my hair done with Kelley Hawkins and she is amazing! From highlights to blow outs, she always does a fantastic job. She even did all the hair and make up for my sisters wedding. We could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend the pedicures and manicures at Pure Spa as well. It’s the best you’re going to find in Dallas!

I consistently get the best service and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Kelley Hawkins is the best at cut, color, and style. Sometimes I go in not knowing what I want and Kelley works magic on me & I’m never disappointed. Love Pure and Kelley!

Sometimes you just need to be pampered and talk about girly stuff. When this happens go to Crystal. I adore her.
She is gentle on my skin and makes me look glowing but the best thing is talking about TV and what guys on TV are the most drool worthy!
Definitely request her. And did I mention the free wine?!

I went here on my birthday — I desperately needed a haircut and had taken the day off for some pampering. I booked a haircut/​color, manicure, pedicure, and stone massage.
All were great and the people very nice. My pedicure chipped off quicker than any pedicure I’ve ever gotten, so I’m not sure if they use subpar polish. The woman doing my pedi was fantastic, however, and did a great job with the non-​polish part of the pedicure.
The standout of the day was my haircut — I’d been floating between hair places since my stylist moved out of state. I loved the job she did. I recently returned to have my hair done again — it was short notice, so I couldn’t get the same woman. I loved this stylist as well — so I’ve seen both stylists here and really like both of them.
A big plus is that you can book appointments online, which I love for its convenience.

They never take walk-​ins but were kind enough to accommodate me.
Nancy was my manicurist and did a wonderful job! She helped me to pick out the perfect colors and took great care of me. She is a lot of fun to talk to and my nails look great! She even took the time to give me a little tour of the sauna. I love that I was never rushed nor did I feel like I was being pushed through an assembly line.
I think I just found my new go to spot for a nice spa day. I’ve already made reservations to bring my sister here for her birthday.

I absolutely love this place! Nancy is fabulous, and the only person I will trust for a mani-​pedi. Not only is she great at what she does, she is a sweet, wonderful, caring person who is just plain fun to be around. Every service gets you access to the Waterhouse, a quiet zen-​like retreat with soft candlelight, a hot tub, steam cave and rain shower. Last but certainly not least, while you’re being pampered, the sweet staff brings you cucumber water, tea or WINE and snacks. This place is the best!

Ended up here because my friend and I bought a Groupon. It was such a great place! I had a mani/​pedi with Nancy and she was awesome. Very good at her job and she also kept us entertained. You rock, Nancy! We will definitely be back.

Love this place! Have had multiple facials and massages here. I have also turned my mom into a lover of this place! The front desk is always so kind and accommodating, and the spa services have always been wonderful. Every time I decide to try a different spa, I end up disappointed. Pure is always my first choice.

I WAS a massage virgin. Yep, first time for everything. I’d been to spas before but mostly on special occasions like vacations, impending doom, that sort of thing. But this time I was looking for a relaxing thing for me and the munchkin to do after cheer tryouts. She needed a spa.
Since it was our first we opted for the 25 minute back, shoulder and neck with aromatherapy. Priced right at $ 55 per person. It was fantastic. I’m sold. I may not be an every week massage kind of gal, but I’m def ready to go again. Brad did my massage and he was fantastic.
Nice water shed where you can unwind in the eucalyptus steam room or sit in the jacuzzi. They have a nice shower and it’s co-​ed so everyone is in their swimsuits. They have fancy water, hot tea and wine. You can rest as long as you want. And I did.
We tried to book some other services but they fill up quick. Call in advance if you want more than one service. This place is so reasonably priced that you just can’t beat it.
