After moving from Los Angeles to Dallas, I didn’t think I would find a spa that met my expectations. I was so wrong! From the moment I walked in the door I was met by the lovely staff and peaceful environment. I have had several treatments done at the New You Med Spa, but Kristen has been performing laser hair removal on me for years! She made me feel extremely comfortable from the beginning and was very educated on the machines used. She was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Katie has also given me several wonderful massages! I would highly recommend the New Yew Med Spa.

After my last disappointing visit, the owner reached out to me and offered for me to return to Kristin for another treatment. Kristin is a wonderful aesthetician as well as just a genuine girl. She takes the time to discuss your beauty routine, your goals for your skin treatments, and answers any questions you may have. I would trust her recommendations and advice. My IPL treatment was relaxing with the numbing mask. I will definitely return to New You Med Spa. The customer service is above average as Minna, the owner, really takes feedback seriously.

Wow! Talk about rude and terrible customer service. I never made it passed the initial phone call because the receptionist had a terrible attitude when I wanted to ask questions. I had about $ 375 in spa credit here, and sadly id rather let it go to waste than use or gift it after such a terrible experience.

Kristen is the best! I’ve been a client since I moved to Dallas almost 5 years ago, and I recommend her often… because I get compliments on my skin! I’m «over 40» and spent way too much time in the sun with no sunscreen as a child and teen. Those days of tanning with baby oil, and hitting the tanning bed every day in the 80’s to look like a gingerbread cookie have taken a toll on my skin in the worst way. Now, after having a baby, I have to deal with the blotchy hyperpigmentation from long time sun abuse and hormonal changes in my body. Maintenance is a necessity to keep my skin looking good. I go once a month for a laser genesis facial, wear regular sunscreen(that I got from Kristen), and use the Obagi products she recommends. I get Botox when I need it, but it lasts such a long time, I usually only do it twice a year. As far as products and services, there is NO upsell with her! Kristen is very objective and straightforward about what her clients need. You can always rest assured that if Kristen recommends something for you, it’s because she thinks it will help you achieve the results you want with your skin. Overall spa assessment: — staff is courteous and welcoming — never have to wait more than 3 – 5 minutes — courtesy call a day before your appointment — online easy appointment booking for 3 weeks(that’s all I’ve ever tried) in advance — email confirmations for all appointments & email receipts from appointments — easy cancellations/rescheduling — beautiful SPOTLESSLYCLEAN spa with a great steam room & whirlpool BOOKONLINEANDEARLY — KRISTENBOOKSOUTWEEKSINADVANCE! If you want to freshen your skin, fix those blotchy areas of your skin, zap some ugly freckles, get the best Botox injections in town, or fill in the gaps with Rejuvederm, Kristen is your girl!

Kristen is the best! Whole spa has great customer service and I appreciate they actually listen to you. I had been to several other places before New You and am sorry I didn’t start at New You Med Spa. Hands down best cosmetic med spa services in Dallas and fair pricing!

I thought I’d have to live with little broken capillaries on my face forever — and therefore lots of cover up and foundation too … Not any more !! After talking to several women with great skin, they all went to this little, hidden, low key spa called New You Med Spa. So I bit the bullet and went — first a deep massage — amazing !! Then, I had lasered away my broken blood vessels on my face … I’m at treatment 3 and I’m REALLY happy. Also, after ONE treatment I did not have to shave under my arms for a month. I swear it !! I have had 3 treatments under my arms and I love not shaving. in Dallas you can pay a fortune for fancy offices with fish tanks, and nurses whose lips are injected like sausages — OR you can go to this little hidden secret spa(where all the PC and HP moms go) to discreetly get awesome results at a great price. Love it !

I purchased an Internet discount coupon for an Intense Pulsed Light treatment. I had recently researched IPL but couldn’t justify the high cost, typically $ 400 – 500 per session. The coupon price was too tempting to resist so I caved and decided to give it a try. The Esthetician was courteous and professional and did a great job explaining the treatment and what to expect from it. She said I’d probably need three or four sessions. To be honest, I’m amazed at the results after only one treatment. I give the actual treatment high marks but lousy customer service is the reason for my low rating. When I made my appointment, the phone rep said I could pay for additional treatments at the special Internet price. My customer record would be flagged with a note and I could prepay another three sessions when I came in for my appointment. Turns out they wouldn’t honor this promise. A letter of dispute sent to Dr. Taylor on February 16 has gone unanswered as of March 8. If the phone rep hadn’t set my expectation for price, I’d probably go back; IPL seems to work well. Unfortunately, I feel like they’re trying to pull a fast one on me. Ignoring my letter was the icing on the cake, and for these reasons I don’t recommend The New You Med Spa.

Just thought I would update… still a fan of this place but after receiving all 6 treatments halfway through last year I am contemplating getting some more, because I guess it wasn’t enough for me. I know some people require more treatments and while I think Kristen and the staff are great, it’s really not affordable here to get a few extra treatments. The packages they offer are more like buy 3 get 3 free in one area and I don’t think I need 6 more treatments(maybe 2 or 3). So that’s kind of a bummer. I know friends who have gotten their treatments done elsewhere have access to discounted touchups or additional sessions once their initial treatment is through and I wish I had thought to look into that first. But, with the groupon it was a great deal and I can’t complain too much and I would still recommend it to others as a great option.
