Several items were incorrect on our to go order. We ordered a few soups and sandwiches. Not a difficult order but they managed to totally messed it up. We realized this when we got home. Frustrating!

Soup– bread — not rocket science. 9:30 pm — ask for simple extra bread — paid for it — out of bread — takes 5 min to find bread — I check the bag — no extra bread — just gave me what came with it/. Ask for bread again — 5 min still no bread — comes back with a roll — I asked if I could get a slice of the bread in the front — French baguette — nope. Apparently 30 min before close on a Friday someone might want to buy a loaf of French baguette. But seriously — u sell soup and bread — how do u run out ???

I really dislike the fact that I’m the only one in my circle that really likes Panera. My favorite thing to get here is the Broccoli and Cheddar bread bowl with a sweet tea. Seriously, it is the most delicious thing on a really cold day and it’s close enough to Northpark Mall to go burn the calories off afterwards. The staff is always very friendly and the food has never taken longer than 10 minutes to come out.

No complain about the food it was delicious but the guy that brings your order is very sloppy– wearing a over size sweater, jeans extremely big and brings your order with tooth picks in his mouth. The sweater is so big that when he carry multiple plates his dirty looking sweater rubs inside of the plates.

I usually come to this location on Sundays during their busy lunch hour, but the staff works really hard and gets you through the line and to your seats fast! I always get the pick two deal with tomato basil soup and turkey blt sandwich with avocado. But they have amazing desserts and bakery items as well. I like that they have multiple ways of ordering; theres the cashier, the kiosk, and ordering from the table with a smart phone or computer(and they deliver it right to the table, how convenient!!)

Don’t do rapid pick up. They always forget items. … But why the chips, why would you forget my chips

How long does it take to make a sandwich and pour a bowl of soup? If the managers boyfriend is following her around, it’s not gonna be any time soon. But hey, you’ll get to watch some cute-sy flirting and lots of kisses. Anyway it’s pretty laid back here, obviously lol. I saw a lot of folks hanging out and studying… I ordered a to-go sandwich and soup. It took 15 – 20 minutes to get my food but I think there was some kind of issue. You could tell the food prep team knew they were running behind and they were trying to catch up as fast as they could. As far as the food, it’s standard Panera fare which is okay. I think Panera should upgrade their menu but that’s just me.

It is 9:30am on a Friday. The people dining are basically silent, enjoying their soufflés and lattes. The workers are laughing, yelling and telling stories so loud that I am actually getting a headache, and I am across the room. I haven’t gotten my drink yet, so I go to ask where I should get it. All the workers are in the back styling a girls hair, and don’t acknowledge me for about twenty seconds, so I go back to the pick up desk(where everyone back there cooking is working their butts off by the way). Basically, I just wish the workers would show more professionalism. It was fine when I gave my order, the women were very sweet. But it’s pretty grating to hear«oh girl I almost slapped that bitch» at 9:30am before I’ve had my coffee…

I love Panera Bread, I’m actually craving it right now. However this location was very dirty, food crumbs all over the floor, tables were dirty, the bathrooms were filthy, I was hungry, needed Wifi to work so this was my only option. I travel quite a bit for work, so I’m always on the lookout for the nearest Panera. The sandwich I ordered was the Turkey Club with Swiss, my sandwich was made correctly and the ingredients were fresh, I did appreciate that. The young man that served me and took my order was very pleasant, I should have asked his name. Clean up this place Panera! The Panera in Mesquite is constantly cleaning.

I love Panera and I appreciate that they are trying to change and make their customers more lazy before they eat a ton of carbs by implementing service to deliver your meal to your table with one of the snazzy table detector remotes, but it’s totally unnecessary for certain orders. First I’ll say that the food is just fantastic here. I love their sandwiches, salads, and pastries. They have a nice selection of coffee and tea drinks too. This is the type of place where you can go in and stay a while. Bring your laptop or a book if you please, Panera is very cozy. Additionally every associate I’ve ever interacted with at this location has been very friendly. Now, as far as these newfangled technology ideas go with the ordering on tablets so you don’t have to talk to people, ordering from the table so you don’t have to get your lazy bum up, and getting your food delivered to your table after ordering as opposed to picking it up from the counter yourself, I think its pretty cool, but unnecessary altogether and definitely unnecessary for ordering a pastry or bagel. Recently I stopped by one morning to get a simple bagel toasted with cream cheese. I ordered from a real person(so I could work on my social skills) and I got one of those table detector things where a server can magically stalk you and deliver your food. A bagel doesn’t take long to slice, toast, and slap on a plate, but somehow I ended up waiting 10 minutes and it wasn’t even crowded. I think that for pastries and quick items that don’t really need to be cooked, the cashier or someone behind the counter should be able to make it and hand it over to you while you stand and wait for a couple of minutes. I ended up going to the counter after 10 minutes to find out where my bagel was and I ran into a nice man whom I think was a manager and he apologized for my wait and offered me a free pastry(like I really need more carbs, but thank you mister!). I hope that Panera can reconsider the whole table delivery thing at least for the quick foods.

I went in and they were in the middle of changing their menu so they were out of a lot of things– almost everything I wanted to order. I was very displeased, and the manager politely offered to pay for my meal. I was impressed at the customer service! Kudos.

I never been to Panera Bread before, it was always something that I wanted to try. The service was great, they helped me choose what I might like and they even gave me a sample of one of their soups. I like the atmosphere and it’s a place definitely I will come back to. I got the You Pick 2 deal and selected the steak white cheddar panini with broccoli cheddar soup.

Good service and pretty empty for being 10am on Saturday morning. Got a bagel with blueberry cream cheese. I wish they offered a strawberry variety. Sat here for about an hour and the staff kept the table seating area neat and tidy. They would immediately clean up the tables when people were done. Great time!

I am in love with Panera Bread I have the best sandwiches and the best to not to mention the best pasta. if you’re looking for a really good lunch and also staying healthy, then it is the place to be. Bring your friends family and loved ones because this is a place for everyone. I recommend the bacon turkey bravo or the Alfredo chicken tortellini.

I recently had a bad experience at Panera. My order was not correct and they messed up my coffee order three times. When a survey popped up on my email about my experience, I filled it out without hesitation. That evening, one of the managers, Landon, called me and apologized for my experience. He asked to hear what happened and invited me back the next morning so he could cover my breakfast. When I arrived, I asked for the manager, and Landon immediately came over to me and apologized again. He covered my breakfast(bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and an iced caramel latte). When my coffee was ready, he came over to me to personally deliver the drink and make sure that it was done correctly. It was spot on. My breakfast sandwich was delicious, also. I was very impressed with how this situation was handled. Landon went above and beyond to make sure that my next experience was a homerun. I will continue to visit this Panera location simply because of Landon and his professionalism. Props to Panera for hiring such a competent manager.

They recently changed their ordering system. Instead of standing in line you go to a compute on the side and place your order. The menu is different than the one on the wall, and you have to go back to the cashier to get your receipt — which you want because you don’t get a total with tax on the screen. Also I wasn’t given a number or a buzzer, so I had to hope that they would find me with my drink. They are really pushing these things. You are bribed with a free cookie if you use it, which you then have to ask for — they don’t just bring it out. I would have given it 4 stars last week, but this new system is 3 – 4 extra steps for me.

I use to eat breakfast here two or three times a week before work but as I caught up on my morning news today I read the headline«Panara asks customer to leave guns at home!» Well their $ 6 breakfast sandwiches are ok, but I’d rather not get robbed or killed while eating. I’ll take my money and self protection elsewhere. Way to cave into Mons Demand Action, spineless pricks.

This is a nice place for lunch or to work on your computer for a few hours. They have free wifi but not a lot of outlets, so at peak hours you might get stuck without power. This location is bustling so the noise levels are average to noisy… fair warning. Here’s some tips: –Something that is not on the menu but that you can order and it’s delicious is the Chicken Caesar Sandwich. Do it. –The bagels are tasty, especially the French Toast bagel. Get it toasted with Honey Walnut Cream Cheese. It’s better than any bagel at Einstein’s. –If you like Soy Milk in your latte, there is not an extra charge. My favorite at Panera is an iced Vanilla Latte with soy milk. It’s delicious and less than $ 4. –This location is open until 10pm every day. As someone else mentioned, the baked goods(cookies, brownies) are not all that great, so I’d just pass but there is plenty of other stuff to enjoy.
