It’s like the chick fila of Chinese food. Super great fast food. Gatorade is overpriced and this location doesn’t have a drive through but this place is always a great pick. I’m writing this review because I’m sitting in my truck pissed there’s no drive through and I don’t want to get up… I think I’m just going to go to chick fila instead.

Very convenient at the corner of Frankfort and Midway. I stop in maybe twice a month after work. The food is hot and fresh and I love their orange chicken and they give you plenty of it.

I’m standing in line as I’m writing this review. The servers are refusing to make food. I’m not sure what time they close but it’s only 830. A gentleman asked for teriyaki sauce and the lady told him we’re not making any more. The one lady I was gonna give credit to because she was working hard, finished the food but then left the slowest person on the line finish the orders. He had no clue who ordered what. It wasn’t his fault I’m sure it’s a system they have set up but the way she did it had everyone waiting longer for their food because he started packing the wrong stuff for the wrong people. She eventually came back to help but then switched with another girl who was as slow if not slower at getting orders out. This is the girl that denied the other customer food and her customer service skills were possible poor. Customer service –0 stars based on attitude and willingness to serve custimers Food– 5 stars

I used to love panda. My previous visit will be my last. It was fine at first but no one wants a side of food poisoning along with their meal. Horrible.

It’s a good time at the Panda Express. They keep the food trays fresh and the line moving. They are great about sending coupons and bringing customers in. Food is as expected: you know what you’re going to get. Options are plenty and prices are low. I got a free chicken egg roll for the Chinese New Year.

Four stars for great food, good service, and convenience. I’ve never had to wait more than 6 – 8 minutes for food. Never had a bad batch of any entrees there. Prices are fair for the deliciousness they offer. Its a great choice for a cheap lunch or dinner date. The authenticity of the food never comes into question for me as a consumer.

First let me explain, I know this isn’t real food. It’s fast food, Chinese-style. If you are going to eat here, I’m suggesting you follow my lead and get here when the doors open at 11am. Crispy veggies, fluffy fried rice and the entrees are perfectly seasoned. Most people won’t get to experience this, because after a few hours of sitting in a steam pan, they resemble the leftovers that most people throw out of the fridge after three days. Only this would be the warm version. Go early! It’s worth it!

Sometimes, even though you know what real Chinese food is, and even though you know that Panda Express isn’t, you still have a weird craving for something fried and then smothered in a reddish sauce. Unfortunately, they don’t serve that at real Chinese restaurants so you need to hit up a place like Panda Express or Pei Wei. I got the hankering for some Beijing Beef from Panda Express, so I got the Panda Bowl, which is one entrée over their fried rice or lo mein. It’s exactly what I was expecting, over-sauced, salty, and the fried rice was dry. Even so, it was on par with my expectations. Weird how you want some random food sometime. Maybe I’m preggers.
