This location was so easy to get in and out quickly. I had already been to another location earlier in the day and ended up leaving when the computer didn’t work and having to stand in line to get refunded. Here I just ran in took care of my work and ran right back out. It was super quick and easy.

This is the worst store I’ve been too. I tried to ship my 1500 tv back home to arizona, and in the coarse of shipping it fedex destroyed the tv they will not replace it and they tried to say its my fault. How im not driving the truck. Fedex is very careless I work at malls all over the country I see the drivers throw boxes out the trucks and they could careless if they get broke… please dont ship from here or fedex unless you want your items destroyed. …

Stopped in last night to send documents. The counter person didn’t seem much interested in waiting on us. I think it was close to the end of her shift. They have a sign posted that you don’t have to fill out their address forms and that they’ll do that for you, but the counter person told us we did have to fill it out, and then sent us to the forms desk for that. She had plenty of time to socialize with the delivery guy and a friend of hers who dropped by. Not so friendly with customers. In the end another staff person processed our order. Price is extremely high for simple package of documents to be sent. Tom Hanks would be disappointed. Bottom line, customer service sucks at this location

This is also a FEDEX location, their drop box pick up is at 7:30 P.M. during the week. They recently renovated and moved their office a bit, just over a suite. The new office is more compact but the general business is the same. They have your normal shipping stuff, all sorts of paper, random office supplies, and a self service area for computers, printing, and copying things. Computer use is some. 20 cents or .30 cents a minute. I feel like this is high, but if it’s your only option, well I guess you have to pay the price right? You can slide your debit card into any of the card readers to use any of the self service machines. You can also buy a re-loadable kinko’s card that you can put cash on. The employees are pretty nice, I came in to buy some resume paper and print off a stack of resumes, and it only cost me the price to self copy!(.09 cents a sheet for Black and white) The employee gave me the paper for free! Bad ass considering I distinctly remember paying for paper my senior year of college.(Haha, which was the first and only time before I needed a resume.) They are open till 11, so if you freak out because you run out of post it notes and don’t want to run to a wally world, I guess this would be your place.
