Dallas Landscape and Irrigation

Sure wish I could give zero stars. I called on a Tuesday about some drainage and gutter issues. I was told to fill out the online form and they would come by Thursday to look at the problem. I called for a window of when they would be there that morning. I was told he wasn’t coming because they don’t clean out gutters. Okay, but my gutters aren’t clogged! I need installation and repair. Couldn’t believe he didn’t let me know he decided not to come. I chose to believe there was a misunderstanding.
He said he would come out next Tuesday. He showed up, did measurements and said he would have the estimate the next day or two. Nothing was sent. I called back on Monday and he said he sent it. It was sent to my correct address. He wanted me to email him and he would reply with the attachment. That always works. Still nothing. Hmmm… I am getting all my other email. I called again and he was going to send a hard copy. Yep, never got an estimate in the mail either.
After he strung me out for three weeks, I hired another firm. Why didn’t he just tell me he didn’t want the job? I HATE liars.

I know they must be busy but since March (2 – 3 months) I can never get a confirmation to start work or a call back. After following up so many times. I gave up. Trying to give them my money, but they don’t want it.
