Very poor customer service. The lady on the phone does not have sense of how to talk to the customers. My sprinkler has some leakage and i found them on Unilocal.Day1 — They came and told me that we will first access the issue, provide an estimate and then start the work. Day 2 — the workers who do not speak or understand English landed up at my property without any notice and when i called the company they put the blame on me of wasting the workers time. I was out of town for last 15 days and when i checked the sprinkler today it was not working. Again called them and the lady was so rude and not willing to help and said they are busy for 2 months and can’t help. Not recommended at all.
