What a convenient fast food chain located in the airport! Other go to restaurants usually jack up the prices since it is at the airport. This chain leaves it to be fair on prices — 5 bucks round up for a chicken sandwich. I became hungry when I had 4 hours of layover at this airport and had my eyes on the prize of chik-fil-a as a first timer! I have been wanting to try this chain ever since I can’t recall from some years back. I am glad that I get to finally! They serve it out fast and their menu is simple, which I prefer. I loved their spicy chicken sandwich! Yum! Devoured it in minutes time!

I really love Chick Fil A, and finding a store in the Love Field terminal was like hitting a jackpot. Well, maybe not so much… This store is not run by Chick Fil A employees, but rather staffed by airport contractors — Host, I believe. One of the draws for CFA is the smart, polite, attentive and efficient service found in their team members. While the food quality here is what you’d expect, unfortunately the contractor staff members at this location are not the same caliber found in your local Chick Fil A restaurant.

This location at Dallas Love Field must not be managed by Chick Fil A. The food was not fresh, kind of stale. I ordered chicken minis and a lemonade and I feel like I was eating day old lukewarm nuggets and lemon cleaner. Not the typical Chick Fil A experience that we all know and love. They smiled after they were open but none of them seemed happy to be here. This location at Love Field could use some love.

I just had to wait over 20 minutes for two chicken biscuits. I have never seen a staff as lazy and slow motion as thus location… And that’s for any QSR. Thus location tarnishes the CFA brand name significantly. I saw an employee with 12 tickets that were yellow to signal they were overdue just sit there and ignore them… She was barely even filling orders. Corporate needs to do something quickly to right this situation.

Didn’t expect much at an airport restaurant, but this was just BAD. Lemonade was served dripping lemonade, and the chicken they gave, must have been in the bottom of a deep barrel. Extra greasy, and some pieces had black stuff in them. Disguisting. Dont waste your money on this.

I don’t know why thee are so many negative reviews I was there at lunch today. There was a long line but it moved very quickly No one waited more than a minute after they placed their order My sandwich was piping hot and delicious

Clean, fast, friendly & tasty! The cashier was nice, they served me my food at my table quickly & politely and the establishment is clean & comfy. Everything good one can expect from a Chick-Fil-A chain.

Employees were friendly. Breakfast came out fast despite the long line. Always the same experience. No complaints.

Not what I expect from a Chick-fil-A experience, even at an airport. My issue isn’t with the slightly-higher prices or the slightly-limited menu, though I am disappointed they don’t have lemonade. My issue is with the quality and the staff, two things Chick-fil-A is KNOWN for. This location definitely lacks both. The service is significantly slower than regular locations(even compared to similar, like a mall), and definitely not with a smile. CFA employees are known and trained for being friendly, smiling, and courteous. The lines are long, and that makes for a tough shift, but at least TRY to give a damn. The food, despite rigorous turnover from the long lines, is not fresh. I’ve been several times, and the buns are really soggy, the fries are old, the chicken breasts have the breading coming off from being in the little bag WAY too long(steam action, folks). Just overall a disappointment. That being said, given the other available options in the airport… I’ll still probably stick it out and keep coming, which is why they are totally getting away with all the above.

Flights started at 6 am. People were inside at 4 am. Chick fil a does not open till 5. Super slow! Grumpy employees. Very unlike chick fil a

Avoid this place. Long lines and oddly enough no lemonade at this location. How can you not have lemonade plus the cashier Miss Sanchez didn’t seem to really care.

Solid like most locations. Cashiers move fast but the kitchen is backed up. It’s still probably as quick as many of the other places in the airport. I would suggest this over 90% of the good places at the airport. Got #1 no pickles with a sweet tea. On point.

Line could get really long here but it’s obvious why. Chick-fil-A is always awesome and serves great breakfast options! It’s definitely worth the wait once you bite into that chicken biscuit!

It’s an airport fast food place with a somewhat limited menu. The level of service is what you would expect at any airport counter service eatery, a bit on the slow side and not very enthusiastic. It is what it is, and the food is certainly up to Chik Fil A standards at a decent price for an airport.

They open too late for my usual flights. This morning I was late so finally got to try them. Big mistake. This location is slow and not friendly. They supposedly open at 6am, which is already too late for a large chunk of the morning rush. But they don’t really. The owner is obviously not around because the crew kind of opens when they feel like it.

Extremely rude. Especially the big girl with the short haircut. Turned around and hit What a burger next door. When you’re rude, people go elsewhere.

It’d been a long time since I’d had Chick fil A and actually had actively avoided the chain for a few years, but I decided to give the waffle fries a try during my layover at Dallas Love Field and was pleasantly surprised by the tastiness of the waffles fries I ordered and how polite and efficient the service was. I also loved the Polynesian and Chick-Fil-A dipping sauces. I likely still won’t be a regular at any Chick fil A, but when it came to being desperate for food I knew would be OK during a layover, Chick-fil-A was filling and actually impressive.

A welcome addition to any airport, you could tell this one is especially appreciated. It has the longest line by far of any of the restaurants in the airport. Don’t let that scare you off though. They are well staffed and you get your food fast. They just opened Sept, 2014. Don’t be confused by the long lines waiting to pick up food. Go to the line marked with the black guide belts.(Just realized I have no idea what those are really called.) I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. A solid choice, it was nice to eat something warm and familiar.
