Came here after leaving love field from a flight home. Went through the drive thru because I was really hungry and thirsty. Got my food quick and it was really good. I have a big appetite but couldn’t finish my number 2 because the tenders were so big!

But the customer service is atrocious the most ridiculous thing ever.
I can’t even begin to call it customer service because there is no service!
The only reason I even stop at this establishment is because it reminds me of home. I have a Golden Chick and Whitesboro with excellent food excellent service!
It reminds me of chicken with my mom.

When there were only a few «golden chick» in the metroplex years ago there chicken was the best in town, definitely worth the drive.
I just left the new «golden chick» across from love field airport in dallas.
Now «golden chick» are popping up all over and it is now the worst chicken and service in town not to mention it’s only drive thru with outside seating.
It was by far the worst food ever. Not only was the flavorless chicken very greasy, it was very small pieces and fatty.
I asked for a side of mashed potatoes, and discovered later it was gravy. Went back they exchanged it for the mashed potatoes. It too was inedible the cold mashed goop was still thawing in this styrofoam container.
The health department has already been called. Be aware of this place. Never again will I go to golden chick!

I will start off by saying that I love golden chicks food. It’s honestly good southern fried chicken. This review is based solely on the staff at this location and their complete lack of customer service. The employees at this location visibly have a «don’t give a damn» attitude. They make no effort to listen or try to understand your order. Today was the last straw. Order was wrong. Got sweet tea instead of UNsweet and ranch instead of gravy. It may seem like small issues, but it’s a fried chicken and gravy place. Give me some god damn gravy. Have some pride and actually try to excel at your job. I can’t tell if they hate their job and the people patronizing or are just idiots.

I don’t eat fried chicken often, but when I do, golden chick tenders are worth every calorie! Easy grab after I arrive at love field. Their roasted chicken is delish too (heard it’s Stephan Pyles recipe!). Zing sauce seals the deal.

Spicy chicken tenders are phenomenal! Comes with a roll, choice of side (recommend fried okra or Mac n cheese), gravy, and a drink. Fair price as well and I will definitely be a regular here!

Very expensive for typical fast food. Wasn’t worth what you pay. Over $ 11 for 2 pieces of dark chicken, an extra roll and corn poppers. Not a lot of food. I won’t be back. Chicken was greasy.
