Fuck this place. Got seated at 9:15pm on a Friday, waited for a server to come take our orders after the host handed us menus. 30 mins of waiting and no server or any water while waiting. Finally our server sees us and walks by and says«y’all are my table but I’m not gonna serve y’all bc big groups give me anxiety» … It was a table of 6. Another server comes to take our order after 40 mins of being here. Food is ok. We also ordered some beer towers, one of the beer towers we ordered was a michelob and the other was a dos equis. I can’t tell you if the towers weren’t clean or something was in the beer but after pouring it into our cups there would be some substance floating in the cups with the michelob beer. Manager comes over and settles the problem but all and all never coming back.

This is probably by far the best sports bar in the Dallas and Garland area. Service is not great, and the food kinda sucks. The ambiance is the best part. On the weekends the place hires of duty cops to make sure their drug operation goes ok in the restrooms. And if you think of going there during a Monday night football forget about the«customer is always right» as management makes sure of making you feel uncomfortable if you seat at a table for six when you’re trying to explain you got more people coming.

Chris the bartender wore a thong and kept bending over, I don’t know if I smelled something but I saw ladyparts. I stopped eating, that person was the only one without boyshorts under her skirt. I won’t go back… I wasn’t on Harry Hines, I’m supposed to just watch sports without Harry Hines like situations in my face… gross.

The service is not up to par that you would expect from other similar type of establishments. The waitress Pamela is sub-par definitely eligible for the worst waitress award. She would be the typical ignorant girl not capable of understanding customers needs and perceptions. You also have a bar hope by the name of Javier playing and attempting to spin cups in the air such as a professional would but not capable off since he has no experience, but is capable of mocking us from the bar. Such behaviors that would be seen from a non-organized establishment such as this one that depicts the management and company as failing the consumer. As a consumer I would try my options at twin peeks, bikinis and even hooters. Similar restaurants that have experienced how to treat customers! Ultimate responsibility falls on the management team and how they train the employees and how the employees treat the customer.

I had stopped by this place after a friend had told me about this new sports bar. This is the old Golden Corral location over by Fry’s. The last time I stopped for lunch I had the ceviche and it was really good. I was in the mood for something light this evening and decided to stop by again for the ceviche. It was about 9:15PM and the place was certainly more crowded than the lunch atmosphere. TV’s everywhere! Definitely a true sports bar. I sat at the bar and was promptly greeted and served by Nelly who was also bartending. She was gracious and attentive. What I did not like about this evening’s experience was that there was«valet parking». I stopped to hand the guy my keys and he asked me if I wanted a $ 5 or $ 10 spot… I told him I thought is was complimentary… he said NO… I told him politely I would park my own car and he said OK… I thought this was rather cheesy.

Bombones is one of those breastaurant type bars smacked down at the border of Dallas and Garland. Upon parking, the look of the entrance will make you feel you’re about to enter a strip club(big ass solid door, no windows). The inside is divided into 4 sections. Bar sitting to your right, another bar sitting to your left + diners booth and tables and then the outside area. The host say us at a table and there’s a few families dining. First I did is to look around to see what are other people are eating. Most of then are having a burger with their choice of cerveza. I ordered their Bombones Burger and my bf ordered the Mexican Burger. My burger had beef patty, ham, fajita meat and avocado. It was good and something I would order again. Service was ok except for the part where we requested for mustard and our server said they don’t have mustard. We pointed out to her that their American Burger comes with a choice of mayo or mustard and she just looked at us and said«ok» Would comeback if in the area but would not drive all the way to east Dallas just for this place.

Tv’s everywhere and Spanish music blasting… Catering more towards the Spanish community know that before you go. Come for the drinks not the food and service.

Service at this new sports bar and grill Is not up to par. The staff need better and more professional training. The waitress forgot to bring napkins and utensils, and was constantly going behind the bar to text on her phone. The bartender was to busy messing around with other customers and I saw one man leave because he was ignored. The bartender brissa did not get our drinks garnished correctly and was busy on her phone as well. I have been in the customer service industry for over 5 years and I observe the service every where i go. There was not even a manager onsite greeting the customers and to check if they were ok, like other restaurants do. I do understand its day time shift and the place might not be packed, but that is no excuse for poor service. If I’m going to spend my money and bring in customers then I expect good service, and this establishment could use exceptional training.
