Kayla, in the customer service refused to take my bill because it was«late» When clearly on the bill it says«total due AFTER11÷6÷15 is xxx» she was rude and refused to TRY or ask if it was possible. Checked with stream energy and there was no reason for them to refuse me.

Quality, service, selection, prices. Just few reasons to come here. Don’t know what it is about this location but somehow it’s a comforting sort of place to us. Always in and out fast, no parking issues, employees are all always helpful and friendly, to the extreme I would emphasise. It’s always very clean and shiny, neat, and laid out logically(that’s never a given!) It’s a bit of a toss up for who’s better between here and the one at fry/little York, but this location is most convenient as far as accessibility, so maybe the extra ¼ mile is worth it. I think it helps not having a freaking Walmart across from it. But I mostly come here; although maybe less now that HEB just opened on fry and I’m a sucker for their better fine cheese selections. However, I love that Kroger has a lot of its own brand stuff, which is a better deal, but HEB seems to have much more of that, and although it’s not always a good thing quality wise, some things are comparable. Even the little things make a diff, like the 25cent sodas. HEB does have 50cent 20oz ones but Kroger puts their machines outside, hahaha quid pro quo HEB! Cheers to you Kroger, never liked you growing up, but now I’ve grown to love you!

The walk way before entering could really use some sprucing up and a serious power wash. The vestibule is cave like with dark walls, dark floors and low lighting. Kind of depressing. But once you’re in the store it’s fine. They’ve got a decent flower department. I buy cut flowers for the office every week and my go-to is Lilies. They’re almost always available here. They’ve always got pretty good sales going on for select staple items. Love the points you accrue for discounts at the pump. In the mornings, they rarely have a check-stand with a checker available. Only the self-serve stations are open. I despise those things and I think it’s terrible that Kroger’s neglects customers that can’t appreciate the novelty of self check out. I don’t care how convenient it is, do you know how many different types of apples and grapes and potatoes are in that database? Trust me the convenience factor is out the window if I have to try and figure out which of these I grabbed.

This is my usual Krogers. I have shop here many many times. Unfortunately in the past recent months I have gotten a lot of rotten meat from the meat department. At least 4 times. The store was accommodating and took the meat back and gave me a refund but unfortunately I will not be buying meat from them anymore. Although I plan to frequent the store for my other shopping needs. Mostly because it is close to my home.

Have been going to this Kroger location for 15 years, and prefer it over all others. They’ve upgraded their store some, but I’m more concerned with finding what I’m looking for at a fair price. There is usually a line, but it moves quicker than other places, as the cashiers actually try to rush you through, while still being courteous. This location hires a lot of the high school kids in the area, however, I’m impressed with their quality service. Management is always nearby and in sight, and considers all products that I’ve suggested. Even though another location is built just down the road, I’m relieved they are not closing this one, and did not like the other one bit.

The krogers is nice inside but way over priced for something you can buy at Krogers and Randalls cheaper. The produce department is nice and all the produce is fresh. But don’t dare take a picture of one of the donuts I wanted a donuts one day and instead of stuffing my face I took a picture of one, and a old lady went and told one of the bakery ladies and the lady said who took a picture of what and then someone pointed at me and said that girl in the shirt right there. The sushi is so yummy this is the only reason why i go in here now.

I come to this Kroger because its the nearest one by my house. The times that I come never had to be in a long line. I always use the self check out. I wish they had more selection in the frozen food section I was looking for one of the easy toss in the skillet deals for dinner and I couldn’t find any at all. The staff is always nice never had a problem.

My preferred location for grocery shopping. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The produce are always fresh. The shelves stay well stocked. The meats are of decent quality. I would suggest watching the weekly mailer for the best bargains at Kroger.

This is the closest Grocery Store in my area so if I need something quickly and don’t feel like going to the HEB on 290 or Walmart in copperfield I go into Kroger. I feel like the store is well kept and the staff is friendly but this store could use a makeover soon. If kinda feels like the 90’s in this store and that is a strange feeling in 2011. If you like Ice Cream you need to check out there versions which are sooooo good. The best steak deals are the ones you get with the butcher and make sure you never shop without your Kroger card otherwise you get screwed on prices.
