I’ve only tried 2 things from here; a salted Hawaiian caramel latte & a cranberry bagel w/cream cheese. Both are super good and both satisfy my love for bagels & coffee but the people who work here have absolutely no personality, except for the owner, Adam, and barista, Jonathan. The few times that I’ve come in and they weren’t there were not a good experience. I love coffee but usually get decaf because I can’t have too much caffeine. Each and everytime I’ve asked for decaf they always question me and offer halfcalf or regular. No I don’t want that, I want decaf. Stop questioning me, smile, do your job and have a damn personality. I can’t stand people who have no customer service skills.

Java Connection is right next to where I work. I used to come here often when it used to be It’s a Grind coffee shop, and the interior is pretty much left the same even after it became Java Connection. The menu is straightforward but I think their strengths are in their blended drinks. This is a good place to bring a book but if you’re here with a group then you may be forced to sit outside due to limited indoor seating. Overall, it is a very convenient place to stop by. No complaints. My go-to drink here is the iced americano.

Just started coming here within the past couple of months and there has never been a problem at all! This place is awesome ! and their prices are very good ! they are actually way cheaper then other coffee chains, and their coffee sizes are also larger. I always get the blended white chocolate mocha. Will definitely be back. Thank you !(:

Great staff and atmosphere. Coffee flavor is nutty and a welcome break from other coffee shops. My two favorites by far is the blended mocha with peanut butter and the blended mocha with mint. Plenty of parking in a nice shopping center and the décor inside is great!

The coffee is ok and the baristas are nice. I just hate the janitor, he was sweeping the floor and he made noisy sounds with the chairs and tables. What an idiot.

Nice place with a nice selection of pastries. Not fresh baked but taste pretty good. I tried the Citrus Muffin which was golden brown sweet and crunchy. Nice assortment of brewed flavored coffee in stainless self serve dispensers. Atmosphere is franchise décor similar to Its a Grind. Staff is friendly which is more than I can say for the patrons. Not a very friendly crowd. I sat outside and Passed me by and no one said Good Morning. Maybe they were preoccupied. Anyhoo, it’s a nice place in a nice spot in a strip mall. Oh wait someone just greeted a fellow customer. I guess all is not lost.

Such a nice place to get a great latte! With these occasional sunny days, an iced latte really hit the spot and was really good. The actual coffee shop is super cute and has comfy seats inside and a nice patio outside. It is too bad I could not stay, but I’ll just have to go back to enjoy the space!

No complaints. It’s a pleasant coffee shop and I was greeted with a smile by a helpful, and notably attractive, barista. Weekday Mid-morning experience: Place was pretty full but I found a seat and table inside to do work at. Reasonably priced and located in the middle of a random strip mall, but despite a relatively uninteresting location, this place manages to maintain a mildly hipster-intellectual feel. Not an easy feat for the suburbs. Multiple tables and chairs outside. Perfect for(almost) any day in SoCal. Coffee: Just got a hot coffee. Their hot coffees are all self-serve and they have a bunch of flavors, including 2 decaf ones, which was nice. Have the normal milk options(nonfat through half and half); no soy or almond.

Came here to meet up with a friend to do work. Here was my experience on a Tuesday evening. Ambiance Parking: Parking wasn’t competitive at all. Perhaps because there was no school in session. Seating: * It was quite limited as there was room for about 15 people generally setup for pairs. There are a few outside seatings as well. Feels: * An intimate and slightly decorated place. The music was good old 90s music with some pretty good R&B jams. The location itself is generally okay, nothing much to sight see but great to people watch or just focus on work. Food: Pumpkin Spice Chai(Recommend) * This place receives my stamp of approval. I enjoyed the balance of spice and sweetness. Customer Service: * My server was polite and my order was served at a reasonable time. Overall: 4 stars. My experience here was awesome. My drink was delicious, my interaction was positive, and my productivity was pretty good. It doesn’t exactly have the hype of board games or live music but a great alternative to chain places. TL;DR Tips: * Come early to get a good seat. * Though seasonal items may not appear on the menu, it doesn’t hurt to ask if they have leftovers.

I don’t live near by but their customer service is the most welcoming I’ve experienced in a coffee shop. Studied here yesterday and tried a vanilla latte and jalapeño/ham/cheese croissant. Today I came back to study again(really quiet spot btw and not crowded) — ordered a large caffe latte today and the barista accidentally gave me a medium(I didn’t notice) but she changed my drink right away. I thought that was really sweet of her! The baristas seem to know all the locals around here. I like that. Says a lot about how they run their business :)

Great staff and ice blended drinks that are better than Starbucks! Also they have a handy little chart explaining the difference between different beverages(i.e. cappuccino vs. Latte vs. Americana)… I’ll add a photo if I can find it.

Got a medium iced mocha. Good flavor. Sweet with strong coffee taste. It was decent coffee. Staff was very friendly but they were not wearing any kind of uniform or aprons which is kind of strange. Clean store. Lots of room to sit. Fast service.

What a great little find! A friend and I decided to check it out and we were glad we did. I had the chai tea and banana bread, and it was delicious! I’m not a coffee drinker so unfortunately I can’t speak on that, but I can say the service and warm tea were spot on. The barista even brought our drinks to us instead of calling us to the counter. I also loved the large comfy arm chairs in the sitting area. Often in coffee shops its hard to find any seating, but on this particular Wednesday night it was nearly empty, quiet, and cozy. Definitely a place I’ll be back to.

Came in after 6pm on a week day. There were at least three employees working. I was greeted and served quickly. They have a nice-sized pastry case with an assortment of bars, cookies, muffins and breakfast burritos. I got an apricot bar which tastes fresh and is not overly sweet like they sometimes are. They have a variety of espresso, iced and blended drinks. The drip coffee is serve-yourself with six options. I chose the hazelnut blend which was hot and fresh, even though it was later in the day. Their non-coffee options are teas/tea lattes, hot chocolate, cider and a steamer. The inside is well-lit with several two-tops, six comfortable arm chairs and several patio tables outside. The bathroom was clean as well. Parking was easy in this little corner of the strip mall. I would definitely stop here again the next time I’m in the area!

Cute coffee shop. I got a white blended mocha, ham& cheese croissant, and tiramisu. White Mocha– so good! Sweetness isn’t too overwhelming and perfect balance to the coffee. Ham& cheese croissant– no complaints! The guy toasted it for me and still tasted fresh, although it probably had been sitting in display since this morning. Tiramisu– it’s very difficult to give it a bad review since it’s a coffee shop not a dessert café nor Italian restaurant. It just lacked in flavor and the texture was all wrong. It was more like a thawed cheesecake. Customer service– eh, maybe they were tired? They just didn’t seem like they loved their job. But they took my order and toasted my croissant and made my order in under 5 minutes. A genuine smile when they say«thank you have a nice day» would’ve been nice. Oh well, I’ll be back for my blended White mocha when my boyfriend goes to the vape shop two doors down.
