I bought a deal from Angie’s List for a four hour housecleaning and I loved it so much I signed on service. They thoroughly cleaned my house and showed up on time. I’m very pleased with their work and I must say that they do an exceptional job. I can rest easy now and enjoy more time with my family!

The Personal Castles cleaning team has been over 2x/​month for the past year. At first, there were some problems with the billing, but that has since been resolved. Other than that, I have been a big fan of this company. Prices are very reasonable compared to other cleaning services. Our condo is sparkling clean after the 2-​person team is done. If you are thinking about hiring a cleaning service, I recommend you check out this company.

Sophia is nice, and gave me a reasonable quote: $ 95 for a first-​time cleaning of my 1 bed, 1 bath, 800 sq ft condo.
When I mentioned the «$ 50 off your first cleaning if you mention Unilocal», as advertised, she said she would be happy to credit it on my 2^nd and 3^rd cleanings only if I sign up for bi-​weekly or monthly cleanings. That is not what the special says. $ 50 off the first cleaning when the first cleaning is only $ 95 is very generous, but if you can’t stand behind what you advertise, that’s a minus. She should probably change that to something she can follow through with.
They were an hour late (supposed to be here at 8:30am, and I woke up extra early for them), so that’s another minus. The 2 ladies were here for just over an hour and a half, and did a pretty good job, especially for just an hour and a half.
I don’t plan to set up anymore cleanings with them, however, due to their lack of punctuality. That’s really important when you have a busy day planned. There are a few other Unilocaled house cleaning services I will try next time.
