Customer service is average. Problem is everytime I visit, they never open on time @ 10AM as it says they do online. Make sure you show up after 11AM!

Just called and this kid that answered the phone was rude as hell wont get my money at this gnc thats why ur at a mall that has no traffic. I asked how much a certain pre workout would cost all he said was it ranges and that he was with a customer and i would have to come in to see the prices really??? Ask to put the person on hold for a min finish with the customer then help the one on the phone… probably some young kid that dont know jack shiet about customer service

I am only giving this place a good review because I’ve had two good experiences here with the sales staff despite the fact that they almost never have anything in stock, like ever.
I came here the first time to buy some protein, and the second time to look for something they didn’t have but the sales person was great in giving me information on where to go and how to find it.
Overall, this is just another mall GNC store, your typical GNC stocked full of GNC stuff and not much other branded items. They do always try to upsell you, mostly on the GNC gear, but if you know a little about health and fitness you just realize that they’re doing their job and you can get on your merry way.

I went here with intentions to buy some protein and other supplements (wasn’t sure what brand at the time). There were two workers when I went, and they really don’t seem to care that I was there. I guess you could say I am habituated to retail store employees asking me if I need help finding anything. These guys, on the other hand… they didn’t really do anything. At one point, I approached them to inquire about certain brands of supplements. The answer was pretty straightforward: «No.» Honestly, it wouldn’t hurt to offer me other suggestions? Something about this place feels off. I can’t recommend coming here if you want help finding something. If you know exactly what you’re looking for, then by all means. Just don’t expect any real customer service… As Unilocal puts it, «Meh. I’ve experienced better.»
