This place was decent. They have a TON of shake options, but only 2 people were in front of me in line and it took me almost 20 minutes to get a shake. I think the girls were in training which is understandable that it’ll be a little slower, but really?! 20 minutes for a MILKSHAKE?! I just had a chocolate shake and it was okay. Nothing special.

Today was my second time visiting Shakeaway. On both visits the shakes I had were excellent. Nothing fancy, just a chocolate malt, but it was outstanding. Now here’s where the«but» comes in and the reason for the 3 stars. On both visits my wife wanted frozen yogurt with a couple of toppings. Something that is perfectly accommodated when ordering milkshakes, but not possible with frozen yogurt? It truly is baffling. If you don’t want one of the 10 predefine frozen yogurt combination of ingredients you are out of luck. Frozen yogurt with caramel and pecans. Nothing out of the ordinary and ingredients that are on the menu for shakes. But you can not have them since it’s not offered as a combination for yogurt. In this day and age of businesses struggling to turn a profit you find a way to give the customer what they want, not turn them away because there’s no button on the cash register for this combination. If you ever planned to try the shakes, I recommend you do it soon because with this type of customer service, they won’t be around for long

Yum! Only things that need to change: upgrade cups and … Décor is a bit uninspiring

We love Shakeaway. I understand some people talking about price, but you get what you pay for. All of the ingredients are fresh. When I ask for cheesecake, they put a slice of cheesecake in my shake. It is worth it to me to pay a little more to get actual ice cream and«toppings» instead of a bunch of ingredients I can’t pronounce.. We were also pretty excited to see all of the ways that they support people with allergies. We are able to take friends with nut allergies with no problems. I personally love the hot shake… yummy.

Our family loves this place. They have so many selections to choose from. The prices are reasonable and it’s the only place I’ve seen where they use the actual ingredients, like an entire twix or butterfinger candy bar. Most other places just give you a few candy bar crumbs. We also really love the fries.

I was excited to try Shakeaway, and the shakes weren’t bad, but they’re EXPENSIVE. My son was so excited to add ingredients, but they’re $ 1.50 each on top of the shake price. The shake he wanted to make would have been $ 8, so I told him just to pick one thing. He was disappointed after visiting yogurt bars where he could add a little of whatever he wanted. I was hoping this could be our«go to» place since Menchie’s closed, but not at the price.

I could not agree more with Susan P. review. My husband and I were also really excited to try this place but it was just a total let down. The shakes were very runny and really over priced. Our two regular sized shakes cost over $ 12. I give this place one year max… Trust me you’re better off going to DQ, Bruster’s, or getting some Bluebell at the grocery any day over going here.
