Pros: great Monday thru Friday lunch specials, pursuant to the picture below. Decent pizza, and not too greasy. Quick order to table service time. Cons: took 10 minutes to be greeted after I sat down, and this was at noon on a Monday. 2 employees saw me, but neither acknowledged my presence. The pizza crust is somewhat bland and chewy, I’ve had better.

If you want to go out with family including kids and enjoy a pizza, then it’s good. I am not a great lover of pizza. But I very much liked the pizza here. I took a cheese 12″ with own topping of chicken, pineapple, bell pepper and onion. My wife and my kid also liked it very much. Appetizer doesn’t has any kind of fries.

Tried for the first time, waste of money!!! The veggie kind I ordered was just dough slapped with some tasteless vegetables I too– very bland. Johnnys NY pizza is still the best pizzeria out there. Also Marie’s Italian deli by publix on Atlanta rd.

Amazing NY style home made pizza. The cheese pie is great but its hard to beat thier italian pizza. Make sure you order it well done or extra crisp unless you like it a little greasy/soggy.

I eat there a lot and the food is great and the prices are reasonable for the portions. Hard to beat there lunch special for value. The pizza is loaded with fresh ingredients. This is a great local eatery, it’s not a franchise.

Pizza beats any chain hands down and they deliver to a five mile radius. Can’t beat it.

Just tried to order delivery at 8:25 pm-only advertised closing time I could find is 9 pm. The girl, with great delight, informed me that«actually, it’s past delivery time.» So actually, I’m like so totally over you Mia’s.

Love the food. Service is always good. Pizza is always good. Trivia night can be pretty busy but it is worth the wait.

This is decent pizza, it is certainly not the best but worthy of four stars. Unfortunately I can only rate it 3 stars because it seems half the time we call in they don’t have a delivery driver that day. In fact it has happened so often they rarely even come up in our discussions of where to order from anymore. There is nothing more depressing than having an office full of people put orders together only to call and be told they can’t deliver. A pizza place who advertises delivery can’t seem to put it together I’m not sure why. Unfortunate.

Mia’s is a great place for inexpensive, good pizza. Its a small, casual restaurant that’s perfect for a quick bite to eat.

My advice? Get a large cheese pizza and a side of cheese bread sticks. Use leftover tomato sauce dip for pizza crust. Yum! We’ve eaten here several times, both in the restaurant and picking up take out, and the pizza is consistently great. The pizza is what I’d term«NY Style,» so don’t expect a thick crust oozing with tomato sauce. There’s a thin crust covered in a thin layer of sauce and a good topping of cheese. It’s foldable, and the oil from the cheese drips out when you fold it. Sounds pretty authentic to me! It’s a really tasty cheese slice! The cheese bread sticks are my absolute favorite item: a layer of cheese melted in between thin pizza dough. Delish. And the tomato sauce accompaniment is SO good — sweet and flavorful. Really yummy. The staff has always been very friendly. If I were to make a few constructive suggestions: first, update the website. It’s really busy and doesn’t work very well on portable devices. There are coupons up there that expired a year ago. Second, reinvent the salads. Maybe it’s the quantity of toppings or the plainness of the lettuce, but they’re a bit disappointing in an age where salads can be more than just a side. Some sort of seasoning on the chicken breasts would be great!

This Brooklyn Girl was NOT mad at Mia’s food! I was pleased with everything I tried including the bruschetta, the calzone and the made to order canoli. I can only hope the three M’s; Marcos, Matthew and Michael; find their way to Dawsonville so my next trip is shorter. I will definitely be back for a most friendly and nice casual meal at this location though! Top notch everything. Smiles all around our table!

Great pizza definitely our favorite in Cumming. Owners and staff are very friendly, we have eaten in and used take out. Time frame for take out is spot on, always freshly made.

Sad that the standards here are so low. This place is not even close to 4 stars. After spending $ 30 for a pizza and salad I expected a lot more than I got. The toppings were SPARSE! Maybe 15 pepperoni on a large pizza is shameful. I have worked in pizza restaurants before and I know that bad managers are very tight on cheese, so to hedge against that, I always order extra cheese. I looked at the pie before I paid and saw a thin layer of greasy cheese. So thin, in fact that I could see the bare dough beneath it. This place is brutal for the price. If I had paid $ 10 bucks I’d be fine with it, but seriously, for a $ 20+ pizza. I expect far more for my money. I was ripped off.

I drove by this place many times thinking it was yet another conveyor belt trap for the masses that Atlanta comrades… I mean Unilocalers love so much, so I ignored it. I was wrong. This place is using ovens. But ovens alone does not make a good pizza. This place makes a good pizza. Let’s start with the crust. The crust is good. It has nice flavor, browned underskirt, solid to the middle, bubbled on the end crust, crispy but at the same time has that nice chew you’d expect from a good crust. If I had one complaint, the end crust was a little thick but the chew mitigated that. It was a good, foldable pizza. Now, I try to remember to ask for my pies light on the cheese with extra sauce, the way it should be. Even in asking that, most pizza joints in Atlanta metro don’t get that right. This place nailed it. Not sure why so many pizza joints think inches of solidified cheese is a good thing, because it isn’t. This za had the perfect balance of sauce and cheese and toppings. The sauce… was good. It was on the spicy side, not that sugary sweet crap so many people are used to from Papa Slobs and the Dominator. Inside it felt like a good, casual pizza joint. Had a few decent beers on tap and some TVs. I enjoyed this pizza. Keep them open. Welcome to Unilocal, the new Citisearch!
