If you want Cinnabon, avoid this location. The owner was rude and dismissive. When we attempted to use a coupon he told us to «take it back to wherever we got it from» and stormed to the back room. This man does not deserve your money. Go elsewhere.

I was running errands at the mall and thought I would pick up some cinnamon rolls for my family. I walk up and say hi to the girl behind the counter, Yadira. And I’m met with a blank stare. My friend was also with me said hello to her and again nothing. So right away I’m kind of put off. Then I ask if the 6 packs are the smallest ones they offer and she says yes. But I want a 4 pack. She doesn’t offer anything until my friend says he knows they make 4 packs and then she says she can do it with an attitude. It takes her almost 5 minutes to pack them and then slams the box down and says have a nice day. I will never come back to this Cinnabon. I get working at the mall sucks but you should be grateful you have a job and work on your damn customer service skills girl.

It had been like 3 years since I last had Cinnabon. Today was the day that I have one again. I got my coffee from Starbucks and headed toward the Cinnabon store. I went for a minibon because the regular size is too big for me. The employee told me that they had just come out of the oven. I was happy to hear that because nobody likes to eat an old cinnabon. Well, that is exactly how I felt. The crust of the cinnabon was hard and did not taste like it had just come out of the oven. It is gonna take another 3 years until I would have another cinnabon. But I did not enjoy the one that I had today. Unfortunately…

880 calories of pure sweet-gooey-cinnamon-sugary-mess of deliciousness. Need I say more?

My blood sugar is off the meter just thinking about these. I love the regular but the caramel pecan bon is banging too. Get one and tell them to drizzle some icing over it. Magnifique

Cinnabon locations in a mall appear to have a better flavor than the outside stores. Furthermore, the location in the mall has produced the most consistent flavor over the past three years. In comparison, I went to a location at Universal City Walk that sucked and I would never return there. However, this location is always on point and the service is better than other stores in the mall. Finally, this is my go to store when I want that warm delicious bun. Cinnabon that is! LoL

Last of a dying or at least downsizing chain. Many locations nationwide have closed so it was a joy to see this location open. It doesn’t get fresher than this. I have always been a fan of the pecan cinnabon, but don’t sleep on the classic. Also to die for. Their coffee type beverages I’ll pass on. Not really a fan of the cinna bites or whatever they are either. A clean establishment, good customer service. Not much to it than that.

I’m not much of a sweet eater. but I must say, the aroma of a warm, gooey, Cinnabon cinnamon bun will always draw me in. I usually get the minis since I can’t handle too much sugar in one sitting, but they are to die for. Customer service at this location is top notch. Friendly peeps and good treats, can’t go wrong with that.

Is it possible to have too much of a good thing? Walk into a Cinnabon, and your answer might just lean toward a yes. Maybe you want something solid, like the«Pecanbon»(4⁄5). With its soft doughy texture, the crunchy pecans, and irresistible layers of caramel sauce drizzled over cream cheese frosting on a cinnabon, you’ll soon be mmm’ing over a few mouthfuls more than that«just one bite for now» you mentally planned on, so don’t even bother looking up the nutritional information! Or maybe you crave something liquid, like the«Mocha Latta Chill»(2⁄5). I’m sure this blended iced coffee beverage, with its tough-to-remember name, was designed to be a refreshing rebuttal to any mid-afternoon slump. Instead, it’s something closer to what I imagine to be an experimental recipe of a crack cartoon culinary scientist working in a Hershey’s syrup factory! Much as I wanted to like this drink, one of Cinnabon’s newest signature beverages made by one of Cinnabon’s hard-working employees, my human body and I just couldn’t take the syrupy Chill. If you don’t have problems with sugar, calories, gluten, fat, carbs, or disapproving voices inside your head, a warm Pecanbon will give you a comforting and moist dessert treat, but the cool Choco Chillata Mocha what’s-its-name may have you raising red or white flags after just a few sips. Either way, you can count on the Pecanbon and the Mocha Latta Chill — along with pretty much everything else on Cinnabon’s sweet tooth menu — to quickly alleviate most kinds of sugar withdrawal.

Not much to say other than good cinnabons. The guy who I usually see work here is nice. Thanks for letting me know my shirt had unbuttoned!(Geeze – no one else told me my shirt had done so: P)

How can you not stop to at least take a second look when you smell the warm, delicious buns?! I smelled it. And I had to stop. I got the set of 4 mini buns. They don’t have many tables, but there’s always the small area outside the store with a couple tables too. Take a snack break from shopping!

I’m just glad there’s one within close proximity to my place. Nowadays Cinnabon & Mrs. Fields are the only places that can get me into a Mall. Always a nice«brief» experience. :)

Their new cupcakes are incredible! I am guilty of going on a mini cupcake crusade a few weeks ago and I tried not one but three different Cinnabon cupcakes over a two day period. Since I wasn’t trying to be a complete glutton I did make sure to share my finds with my fellow ants(people that love sugar). On my first trip I ordered the Vanilla Bliss and the 24 carat cupcakes. If you like birthday cake from grocery store bakers(I do) then you should definitely try the Vanilla Bliss. I’m going to have to steal this phrase from Rell E and say that this cupcake definitely has some junk in the trunk, meaning it’s somewhat dense yet at the same time light and fluffy. Although I’ve always preferred whip cream frosting the vanilla buttercream on this one works well. It’s just the way I like it: sweet and decadent! Now, the 24 carat flavor is my absolute favorite of the three I tried. If you’re looking for a real great carrot cake Cinnabon is where it’s at! Don’t pay close to five bucks for Sprinkle’s dry and pretty gross carrot cake cupcake when you can get one that’s 100x better for only $ 2.50. Okay, let me leave Sprinkles alone since I still find their Red Velvet to be superior. Back to 24 carat: it’s great! :) On my second visit I got the Chocolate Passion one. While it’s good it’s my least favorite of the three I really loved the icing but after you licked that away it just tasted like a piece of boring chocolate cake. I’m not all that into chocolate cake anyway and I’m more of a brownie type of girl so I’m kind of not surprised that I wasn’t wowed by this cupcake. My friend’s three year old goddaughter enjoyed her portion of it though. You could tell by the chocolate frosting smeared all over her face. lol I didn’t try the traditional Cinnabon flavor because I figured it would just taste like their cinnamon rolls. Those are good too but I I already know what those taste like. They also sell minis if you don’t want to blow your diet like me. lmao. I need to hit the gym.
