It’s really not that tough people. The cups have a line at the bottom where you add the cream to, the Equal packets are all the same, and the flavor syrup pumps should also all be the same. HOWDOYOUSCREWUP A CUPOFCOFFEE? Perhaps it was all the chatting and laughing going on behind the counter instead of a focus on your product. Two stars only because you were pleasant and my daughter got a donut…

This is my favorite DD in Crofton. I always stop in to get my medium iced coffee with Hazelnut and cream. If you go during the week the service is always fairly decent. I have been a few times in the evening and I had to throw away a stale donut. If you go on Saturday morning they are always packed. The service is a little slower but the people are always friendly.

I have lived in Crofton for a very long time and this Dunkin Donuts location has become so bad that I would rather just make my own coffee. I am a very reasonable person and patient, but the past couple weeks I have gone here… the employees have gotten worse and worse. Examples: During the DD Perks dark roast 99 cents promo, I would order my dark roast coffee and they would still charge me regular price. The first time… I let it go… simple misunderstanding, right? Nope. I came back the next night and they charged me again… full price. I told them it should be a dollar and some change and they just looked at me and said«ok sorry… ok». I go back a week later and when I pull up to pay I asked the cashier«did you put it in as dark roast?» He said yes. He scanned my phone and… then charged me full price?!? I had to get the manager and he took care of it. So I felt like he would maybe train them on this problem. Needless to say… it kept happening. Example #2: I have ordered my drinks through the drive thru and by the time I get to the window the guy who takes the orders asks me what I ordered!!!(Which has happened almost every single day now in the afternoon). Some times I’ll pull up and the guy will be playing on his phone and asks me what I ordered while looking at his phone! Example #3: messed up orders(which has happened a lot!) My girlfriend just came home from there. This is what she ordered: 1– large ice coffee w/caramel and cream 1– medium hot coffee w/vanilla cream and sugar This is what we got: 1– large ice coffee w/cream 1– medium hot coffee… BLACK! Too many mistakes, unprofessional employees, no customer service(unless you go early in the morning because those are the original employees and they do a good job), constant reordering, long waits in the afternoon(even if there are only 2 cars in the drive thru… be ready for at least a 10 minute wait) and incorrect orders. If you’re into that… then go here! I’m sure you are asking yourself«then why would you keep going back?» It’s a good question. I always feel like you can’t really review a place after one or two or even five times. You just never know if someone is having an off day or maybe just going through training issues. Again… I’m patient and I am a reasonable person who doesn’t get upset easily(I’ve worked in retail all my life and I’m sure working in the food industry is not a great time)…but, it’s still a job and you get paid to do it. So…with that being said, don’t go here. I’ve given up after so many times. Just make your own coffee at home.

My FROZEN coffee coolatta was melted and we were the only people in line … They come with whip crème and he didn’t give me any but still gave me the whip crème lid … The guy had to retake our order at the window. Go to a different Duncan I’m telling you!

They were somewhat busy the morning I went in for breakfast but they were managing well and the fastest I’ve seen from many Dunkin’ Donuts. They seem to be focused on speed and not quality of customer service though. I felt hurried in the whole ordering process and I’m not a slow person at all. I thought the cashier wanted to hear what she wanted to hear as I tried to order coffee and received too much sugar and cream and not the dark roast as requested. A for speed. D for service.

I flat out refuse to ever return to this DD location. After being a loyal customer for at least 6 months, I attempted to use a coupon 2 days in a row and got BERATED by the drive-thru person AND the manager who came over to the window to add to the argument. I contacted corporate and what do you know– you can use a coupon every day if you want to! They were always rude but I kept going there because it was on my way to work. After the coupon incident, I will NEVER return.

Service really depends on who you get.(Though they are still nicer than some places in California!). It’s OK for being so close. I’m not crazy for the donuts but my boys like the Sprinkled donuts and the Breakfast sandwiches although my husband says the«Big n Toasty» should be called the«Big n Greasy»! Don’t even bother with the small pockets of grease called hash browns… I like the Dunkkacinos though they are high in calories. It’s so close that on Saturdays it’s ok but if I really need a sugar fix I’ll either go to Carlson’s Donuts(if I wake up early enough) or Shoppers(read donuts as big as a small child’s head!)

The coffee here is hit or miss, sometimes amazing and sometimes burnt. Service is usually speedy and they typically get my order correct. Sure, sometimes the drive-thru long is long, but there is rarely a line inside.

This location is worthy of regular visits. Always clean, the staffare friendly and personable and they always ensure dounuts are made and stocked. The hot food is always cooked thoroughly.
