Was so disappointed with our visit here today. We waited so long in drive thru that I had time(as a passenger) to get out and leave husband in line, walk around the building, use restroom inside building, walk back around the building, get back inside the car and still wait several minutes before making up to the pay window. I don’t think this would have bothered us too much on any normal day. The straw that broke the camel’s back was arriving at the pay window after that long wait and discovering the attendant sitting in a chair that faced away from the window while playing on her cell phone. She eventually opened the window and took our payment. We felt like we were bothering her. Maybe nobody will read this, but just wanted to vent the frustrations. There is nothing in the world like the horrible feeling of giving your business to a restaurant staff that could care less if you’re there.

This franchise needs a management overhaul. Employees are nice for the most part but not empowered to manage simple problems. There are always probably because they don’t get the orders right. Manager Angie in particular, zero customer service skills. Recommend continuing to Olive and Dielman location or Burger King a bit west.

My family and I came in for some breakfast before heading over to the airport. I stood in line with everybody else and when it came for my turn to make an order I asked if their bread biscuits on the sandwiches are dairy free because I have an allergy towards anything with milk in the ingredients. The cashier asked her manager and he said they are«pretty sure» they are. I asked if they could check on the ingredients description on their food package and she said they can’t because«it comes off a truck and yeah.» Well that’s not good enough of an answer for me. Basically what that says to me is that McDonald’s the worlds largest fast food restaurant that’s brings in billions of revenue a year doesn’t know if their food has any simple allergen information?! That’s unacceptable! I think the cashier just didn’t give a sh*t about me or my order to make a simple investigation. Don’t eat here. And these people want a raise. Ha! Forget about it!

Its McDonalds the foods not going to be perfect. But the reason why they get three stars is by the treatment of the employees I seen when I went there. There was a blonde manager who was screaming at the employees,” I’m the manager and you do what I say.” This was done in front of customers, who are paying customers. I was so disgusted I had to leave. Get it together McDonalds before the health food stores you’re surrounded by shut you down

I only come for one thing… Fountain Diet Coke. The drive thru may look crowed, but this location knows how to hustle. The staff here moves the line quickly morning, noon, and night. Always consistent, friendly, helpful employees. One of my favorite places for a quick soda.

Sadly below average food for McDonalds and uncourteous employees. I went through the drive-through on a Saturday evening. Fries were cold and undercooked and the sandwiches were not well assembled. It’s really not brain surgery to assemble a sandwich. Three napkins for three meals and only two straws, no receipt provided.

Solid clean Mcdonalds with big dining area with higher quality seats and a nice flat screen TV. I come here sometimes to study and it has a nice environment, with wifi and a redbox

While McDonald’s menus and food served are pretty consistent nationally, it’s worth noting service and speed may vary drastically from location to location. I’ve been quite impressed by the short amount of time it takes to go through the drive thru. The moment I pull up to order, someone greets me and is ready for my order. At the first window, they are cheerful and quick. I pull up to the second window, and within moments, I have my food and am on my way. This may be important if someone happens to be in a hurry. Edit: late night is a drastically different experience. Much slower. Sometimes late night it seems obvious the meat was in the warmer for a while and dried out. Update 1⁄15: service lacking. Slower. Eliminated healthier options like premium McWrap and blueberry pomegranate smoothie. They messed up an order in drive thru for plain burger(had random condiments. It wasn’t a plain burger, and it wasn’t a regular burger either. I have no idea how this happened). The slowness pushed me too close to being late for work to go back and wait a long time to get it corrected.

Quick, Clean, Fast. The best McDonalds in the St. LOUIS Metro area.

Be careful with this location. I’ve been short changed several times and had to wait while the drawer was counted down to get my correct change. I’ve also been given the wrong items several times and had to waste time getting the correct items. This place may be busy, but they lack the ability to make sure the orders are right the first time around.

This location is always busy, fries are always hot, there are huge flat screens inside, free wifi and a redbox. Perfect.
