The staff here is nice, but the portion size is WEAK. I have a small stomach, so it’s usually a battle for me to finish more than 2⁄3 of a Chipotle burrito bowl in one sitting. But at this location, I’ve been able to clean off a bowl in one go, which is disappointing. Ultimately I am paying for the food, not just the service, so it would be nice to have my container filled.

A solid Chipotle location. Great consistent food and fast service. I will be visiting here frequently. I appreciate that their food quality is so much higher than anywhere else. The lunch crowd during the week is mostly professionals out for a quick lunch break. Thanks Chipotle!

I have to say I wasn’t THAT impressed. I did take it to go… But the taco shells were mush. They added rice when I selected it with out… I didn’t get the hot sauce as requested. All in all I was a little disappointed. It seems comparable to Qdoba only a little more costly.

I am not going to say that I have always loved Chipotle. I used to think it was stuck up and not good. But I finally gave it a chance and have not looked back since. I love the rice bowl(naked burrito bowl) with Steak and pretty much everything on it. I love their chips which have a hint of lime and a really great tasting chunky salt. I am a big fan of using the tabasco sauce on mine and I like to change it up between the green, chipotle and regular. Our kiddos usually get the kids cheese quesadilla kids meal and share 2 of them between all 3 of them. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience at this location and its really close to our regular trader joe’s location so I consider it to be my favorite. I would also be leaving out one of my favorite parts if I didn’t say that they have removed all GMO’s from their food. I just wish maybe they would maybe get some better soft drinks, maybe pure cane sugar.

it’s your typical chipotle, so you know what you’re getting. this one holds a special place in my heart because Lindstrøm & Cristabelle’s «Lovesick» came on the speakers while i munched my burrito. tears.

I attempted to go to this location prior to going to work this past Sunday around 12. There was no one ahead of me and yet it took them over 15 minutes to make my order, even though nothing had to be cooked and all the food bins were full. I told them I was in a hurry and needed to go to work, however it took even longer for them to even ring me up. After about 25 minutes, I had to leave my order there and run to McDonalds so I would have time to eat and make it on time to work. That was my first and last time to that location as I have never had as bad service. I was still craving it later so I went to a different location and they made my same order and rang me up in 5 minutes.

I had a chicken burrito, and although it wasn’t bad, I was underwhelmed. It was rather lacking in flavor, and I didn’t think the chicken had much seasoning. However, the staff were friendly & helpful. This was my first visit, so it’s possible it was just an off day. Based on my experience, I’d have to say I’d prefer Qdoba over Chipotle, although neither can come close to the flavors on Cherokee street.

First time ever in a Chipotle. Crazy busy. Lunchtime on Cinco de Mayo. Line was huge. And line went by super quickly. Every worker smiling. Great price. Had to wait for complicated order so took daughter to restroom. They brought my order to the table. Quite impressed. First time but definitely not last time. And healthy options! Side for kids. Rice and a fresh orange?! Plus organic milk or juice as a drink?! Huge plus for this mama.

When we found out that Chipotle did catering, we decided to go for it. We ordered enough for twenty people, two meats, two kinds of rice, two kinds of beans, and all the soft and hard tortillas, cheese, sauces, guac, sour cream, and chips we could eat. Included were all the bowls, cutlery, napkins, serving utensils, sterno, frames and aluminum pans for the party. When we went to pick up the order, it came packed in very sturdy cardboard boxes and reusable large cloth bags. Also included were pictures showing us the best way to set up the buffet! My party guests loved everything and some people went back for seconds and thirds! When we returned the metal frames, we got coupons for a free burrito and percent off of future catering! The party guests loved everything and I was very pleased with every aspect of the Chipotle catering. I would definitely use them for catering another party.

I love Chipolte restaurants, and I really love this Chipolte location! It is conviently located near my house and work which is perfect for picking up a quick lunch or dinner for about $ 10 or under. A couple ambitious times, I have even walked here! The staff is super friendly and always greets me as soon as I walk in. They are all very efficient. I have been in a handful of times when there is a long line, but the wait has never been long as they are always quick and well-staffed. My favorite is the chicken fajita burrito bowl with hot salsa and guac. I don’t care that the guac is extra. I also really like their chips which are light and crunchy and not overly salted. Five stars all the way for me!

You know those people who hang out with their laptops at places like Bread Co. and Starbucks? You know the ones. They sit there with their coffee and baked goods, tapping away at their keyboards. I’ve never understood them, and quite honestly, they annoyed me. I don’t know why. Then I realized I am one of them, except Chipotle is my hangout of choice. Instead of a laptop, I’m using my phone. And instead of a coffee and a scone, I have a soda and a burrito bowl. I’ve been to almost every Chipotle in the STL area, and the two I visit most frequently are the ones in Kirkwood and Creve Coeur. I prefer the Kirkwood location because it is most convenient for me. However, it’s also tiny and often insanely busy. The Creve Coeur location is bigger than the one in Kirkwood. They have plenty of tables, and they even have a few booths. I never have to awkwardly sit at a counter next to strangers! Woohoo! In fact, unless I’ve somehow missed it, this location does not have counter seating at all. I tend to eat outside the 11 – 1 lunch rush, and this location never seems to be busy when I am there. Consequently, it provides a perfect atmosphere for an intimate lunch date with my phone. The food is what you would expect from a Chipotle. You tell them what you want: burrito, bowl, tacos, or salad. You choose fajita vegetables and/or protein(chicken, steak, carnitas, barbacoa, or sofritas). Next, you add rice(brown or white), beans(black or pinto), the salsa(s) of your choice, cheese, and sour cream. Unless you are getting the veggie bowl, guacamole also is available for $ 1.95(currently). If you want a little extra somethin-somethin to go with your food, Chipotle sells chips with a side of salsa or guac. I typically get the veggie bowl, and I’ve noticed that my bowl often is smaller here than it is at other locations. I don’t know if they are giving me less food or if other locations are giving me too much food. However, unless I’ve been severely misinformed, you can ask for an extra amount(free of charge) of everything except meat and guacamole. I suppose I could ask for extra rice and beans, but really, I think they’re doing my waistline a favor. That being said, David W. claimed this location was giving«more food than the average Chipotle» back in ’13. So, it really just depends on who’s serving up your food. Just know that you can get a bit more of certain items if you ask. At least, I think so. :)

FRESH, fast, healthy, Mexican food that is assembled right before your eyes.(Healthy if you have it made that way) I usually hit this place on weekdays between noon and 1pm and its always busy with the lunch crowd. They have a lot of people working on the assembly line and they get your meal put together very fast. You have the option of a burrito, tacos, a salad or a bowl. There are a variety of meats and salsas to choose from to personalize your meal. Their salsas and guacamole are A-mazing! The other local chain in the same genre is Qdoba which is also good, but when it comes down to flavor and freshness, Chipotle takes the cake. This particular location is in a strip mall with a Dierbergs grocery store and quite a few other shops and fast food/carry out restaurants. The parking lot is always quite a mad house during weekday lunches but there is typically ample parking. The other thing I really LOVE about this chain is their social consciousness. Chipotle strives for organically, locally grown fruits and vegetables as well as sustainably, naturally raised meat sources. Their tag line is «Food with Integrity». Chipotle has its own television series on Hulu called«Farmed and Dangerous» that I would describe as an educational romedy. If you are environmentally conscious, care deeply about your health, and care about where your food is sourced this is a place you should get into.

Ordered a vegetarian burrito, overall good. The two workers were polite and I didn’t have to wait at all. Only issue was that the black beans were a little older(because they put the old black beans on top of the newer pot of black beans) so they were a little dried out. I’ve only been here this once though and everything else was fresh so I liked it.

I was pretty excited to go to a Chipotle because I hadn’t been to one since last November when I was in Pittsburgh visiting my family, and I recalled enjoying the burrito my sister ordered, so I thought I’d try going to one here. First of all, I was seriously bummed when they said they were not only out of guacamole, but also margaritas. The beer here is about $ 4 for a Corona which I thought was hella overpriced. Still, to have alcohol at a Chipotle at all, was kind of mind-blowing in my opinion… because back in PA, there are such strict liquor laws that no Chipotles have booze! But anyway, the fact that there is a Dierberg’s right next door was a godsend. We got the burrito to go and then went next door and bought a huge case of seasonal Blue Moon, and a big tub of guacamole. Life = saved.(They did mention they are switching to Patron for their margaritas and they’re getting that on 4/29, just FYI.) Otherwise, the employees here seem to hate their lives or maybe it was just that we got some disgruntled ones on that particular night… the woman I encountered first scooping the rice and meat looked like she had a permanent frown on her face and her eyes had a fire that burned with a thousand Chipotle-diarrhea explosions, haha. She also had to ask me LITERALLY(I counted) 4 times what type of meat I wanted… seriously? lol. Food-wise, I was thinking of the South Park episode where they needed«Chiptole-away» the next day… yeeeah. I don’t think I’ll be back here for a while. Even without putting spicy stuff in my burrito, it was still pretty damn spicy per my expectations… Also, I could only stomach to eat half of one. This place still kicks ass compared to Qdoba and Salsaritas. Both of those places can go straight to hell, as Sean would say… lol. Also if you go next door and buy some fresh limes, and squirt that in your burrito, it will taste godly. Just sayin’…

I said: a little white rice, a little black beans, a lot of lettuce. They’re very consistent in not following directions. Not everyone wants a huge, flimsy wrapped burrito. I love Chipotle, but this location could learn to actually listen to what the customer is asking. Always at this location and I pretty much repeat my request every time they’re about to ladle in some food. If I wanted my burrito to be impregnated by all the rice and beans and lack of lettuce and pop, I would’ve asked for a burrito bowl so they can skip the tortilla swaddling. It is either they don’t care or all the people they are hiring have hearing problems. :( I must add that it is usually a newer person/new hire making all burritos. One a rare occasion that I have an employee I recognize as working there since moving here, I don’t have this issue. Please STOP with the pregnant burritos!

I have to find out what they put in their guacamole at Chipotle. Must be something good, since they charge an arm and a leg for a tiny little cup! I can’t stop ordering it even though it puts my total over $ 9 because it is so good. The burrito itself is a nice size(actually, I get the burrito bowl because it’s easier to eat) and I love the cilantro rice. Plus, they’re great about letting me add all the salsa I want! Unlike Moe’s you don’t get free chips and salsa, which is a bummer. No queso here either.

I frequently stop at this Chipotle on my way home from work to pick a chicken burrito bol. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The staff is always friendly and efficient. This location is convenient. It is easy to get in and out of parking lot. I also like that it is next to Dierbergs so I can get two stops out of the way at once.
