Couldn’t hope to be treated any better. The staff was friendly. The Technician went out of Her way to make me feel relaxed and to help me be as comfortable as possible. She was very patient with me.
Modern equipment. Clean. Walk in service. My wait was less than 10 minutes.
I will go back if needed.

My wife and I always come here to get imaging tests done again and again. Way more convenient than going to a hospital setting, having to go to patient registration, and more often than not, experience a lengthy wait. At the most, there has only been about a 20 minute wait for any procedure.
There is plenty of parking available right at the door compared to the hospitals. All the technologists in all the areas have been polite and professional. If anyone was having a bad day, they’ve never shown it. An added bonus is you can just walk in for a basic xray without an appointment.

I guess it’s weird to «really like» an MRI place, but I’m a big fan of the Imaging Institute. I’ve had ultrasounds, MRIs and catscans here an they’re always incredibly nice and accommodating.
You might think, why not just get this stuff done at the hospital?
Well I’m glad my Dr. refers me here instead because they’re very good at what they do (from a patient perspective anyway).
Getting these uncomfortable tests done is never fun but the folks here always go te extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and make the experience as painless as possible.
