Pea In the Pod Maternity Redefined

When I was starting to need new clothing for the rapidly growing baby belly, I was excited to find a nice maternity store right in Garden City. Upon entering the store I was asked what I could be helped find, well since I was obviously pregnant at this point I thought that would be a self answering question. I am without a doubt plus size. I asked what there selection was for plus, her answer was something to laugh about… She looked around and said «Well, nothing in ANY of these sections, they’re all just to small.» Not Sh*t Sherlock, so we walks me over to the back corner of the store where she has ONE rack, containing two pairs of pants, and two different shirts, all priced near or exceeding $ 40 a piece, and says «This is it»… needless to say, I left– with out anything.
HOWEVER if you go to the online store– there is much better selection.

Finding clothes to fit my rapidly growing belly has recently proved to be a challenge. I cannot tell you how happy I was to hear about A Pea In the Pod, they had such a huge selection of often hard to find sizes. This is the first store that I have visited that carried multiple pant options in petites! The woman working with us was so friendly and helpful. It turned what has been a very frustrating situation into a very enjoyable one! I will certainly be returning!
