Staples the Office Superstore

I went to Staples in Cranberry Twp this evening and had the worst customer service. I was looking for five star binders and walked around the store and did not see an employee until I was in the back of the store. She was stocking notebooks and I felt bad bothering her, but I didn’t want to continue walking around so I asked for her assistance. I’m pretty sure I was bothering her, without stopping what she was doing, she told me they barely stock five star products. She didn’t even ask what I was looking for or tell me where the «barely stocked» five star products were. She seemed miserable working in a customer service position and offered no sort of help. I said sorry for bothering her and left the store. I won’t be back… no service and a lack of employees made my experience here below average!

Heather at the copy center is very talented and will make any presentation look professional. She has great customer service skills and works harder then anyone in the store. If you go in speak with her!

This is a standard Staples store. I have always liked shopping at Staples. I find the selection to be pretty robust with very reasonable prices. The carry many office supplies you would need, ink, toner, pens, paper, notebooks, computers, computer accessories, office furniture.etc.
The staff here has always been friendly and willing to help, though on this last experience, I could not get anybody to wait on me despite asking the cashier for assistance once I walked in. I waited around for awhile before walking out and heading elsewhere.
Not sure if I will come on back. The prices and selection I find to be better than other similar stores and the staff is usually friendly.
