I love this yogurt place; so much better than Sincerely Yogurt. I think the service here is friendlier, the store cleaner, and the yogurt fresher. I prefer TCBY to Sincerely Yogurt any day.
The only reason I can’t give this store five stars is the loud atmosphere, both in color and sound. None of the seating is comfortable, either. Nine times out of ten, I’ll grab my yogurt and go eat in the car.

Have not been to a TCBY in about 15 years. Not sure what happened to the old yogurt I used to love, but this was awful. Really strange flavors and textures. The white chocolate was very artificial tasting and had a similar texture to a protein mix. yuck. Very overpriced for what you get.
Not a fan of the bubblegum pop music that was blasting from the speakers and the wall of flashing lights must be designed to take your mind off the flavorless, stomach ache inducing sludge. Won’t be back.

We absolutely love this place and visit it often. I absolutely love the flavor Cotton Candy. Everyone that works here has always always been so cheerful and helpful. They are always willing to give you plenty of samples. So for all the reasons stated above I give this highly recommended place five stars (:

Love TCBY… it’s a great treat… my only complaint… where have the berry flavors gone?!? I love to make hot fudge sundaes using mountain blackberry or any other berry flavor… but every time I’ve stopped in the last 2 months… no berry flavor… makes me very sad!

Always satisfied with my visit! They have a bunch of different flavors to pick from and always a huge selection of toppings! My favorite place to get dessert in Cranberry!

Awesome place to go for a little frozen treat! It is in my opinion The Country’s Best Yogurt!

We enjoy visiting this location and think that the selection of yogurt and toppings is great. The staff has always been very friendly no matter what time I’ve stopped in.

We’ve visited this store at least a ½ dozen times. The location is in the ground floor of an office building. The store is very small and the set up it a bit strange. Customers don’t seem to get the concept of starting the line where the containers are and moving straight thru the line to the cash register. Every time we visit, there we people trying to back pedal thru the line going the wrong directions. Crazy!
We love the white chocolate macadamia nut, cake batter and the golden vanilla. And we always get the brownie chunks, nuts and hot fudge. Talk about completely ruining a supposedly healthy treat! But we can’t help it. The brownie chunks are always super fresh and they have some of the best hot fudge I have ever eaten.

For all of the potential around the TCBY brand name, this was a bit of a let-​down. The yogurts lacked flavor and I had trouble telling the difference between them: «Was this cake batter or white chocolate mousse?»
The store was «pretty» and fancy and all that, but when you’re looking for fro-​yo, the flavor comes first. We may try again as this location just opened, but it won’t be soon.
