Covina, CA
Lived here for almost 6 years. It was great when i first moved in but got crappier as the years passed. The place is infested with bugs. Every 6 months they jack up your rent 25 – 50 dollars more. Takes them months to respond to repairs. Ceiling in my bathroom was starting to crumble and fall in. Month later maintenence came spackled it bout half way then said he was gonna come back later to finish it. 3 months later he still never came back and its starting to fall down again.
