Burger King

The food is fine, but not very pleased with the service. The staff is polite, but everytime we’ve been there our order has been messed up! Today was the last straw and we finally said something.
We had ordered 4 breakfast sandwich combos to go. We were in a hurry, but still checked the bag to make sure we had everything. And we did. We honestly didn’t think we had to unwrap each sandwich to make sure they put EGG on our BREAKFAST sandwiches! I guess we should have! Silly us! All 4 sandwiches were sans egg.
We had already left, before we found out. We didn’t have time to go back. We ate them, as we were hungry, but my husband called to complain. The manager was polite and explained to my husband that they were told to cut back on the eggs, by half. My husband said, «That’s fine, half would have been fine. But there was NONE!».
She appologized and told my husband they will replace our meals next time we come back. Great. No, seriously, that’s very cool.
But I think, since they’ve messed up everytime we been there, maybe they need to spend a lil time an retrain their staff!

So my husband and I decided to get our «meal replacement» this morning. It too, surprise surprise, was messed up! Seriously people of Burger King? If that ball you keep dropping is THAT freakin hot… get out of the kitchen!!!

So you know all those commercials about how you can have it «your way» at Burger King. Well if you go to this location they will charge you extra to have it «your way» I spent 20 dollars on food in this establishment and they would not give me one ranch unless I paid 45 cents. Well they can keep that ranch and my last 20 I will ever spend there. My biggest pet peeve.

The cashier was friendly but he got my order wrong. I ordered 2 whopper meals but got 2 double whoppers instead, which cost more. The hamburger patties inside the whoppers were huge. On the other hand, the whopper junior was extremely small – maybe smaller than at other locations.
It is located inside a gas station. It looks pretty clean and I’m under the assumption it’s a new location. They have a cool machine with many drink combinations, such as strawberry coke but all the flavored drinks taste a bit funny. There was a TV inside playing the news.
