This place is pretty good. Lots of fresh ingredients and many different choices. My main issue with it is the price point. Two sandwiches, two sides and a drink was over 30 dollars. That’s a pretty dang spendy lunch. It might have been forgiveable if the food just rocked my socks off, but sadly it was just a pretty good sandwich. I don’t think I will be back anytime soon sadly. I love supporting local business, but they need to bring more of an A game.

I love sandwiches and this place has the best around! I will be back many times! Great atmosphere and décor too.

Unique offering of sandwiches. Interesting ambiance with huge chalk menu that is very well drawn. Gives a feel of an old fashioned sandwich shop you might find on the Hill. A little pricey but if you are sick of poor quality and boring sandwiches then try this place. It would be worth a 30 minute drive.

This place was horrible! Totally overpriced for terrible, dry sandwich. Roast beef sandwich and I had to pay extra for the cheese! I think it came out to about $ 10! My husband didn’t even like it, and he is REALLY easy-going – it takes some really bad food for him to say he didn’t like it. Don’t know how they are still in business. Maybe their other menu items(non-sandwiches) are okay.

Love the fresh food and change of options. The sandwiches are made fresh with meats that are not processed as well as the cheeses are not processed. The portions are more than enough and always served with a friendly smile!!!

Wife and I stopped in today after being referred by a friend of mine, I had the pork tacos, my wife had gyro. The tacos were full of flavor with a little spice. The house made hot sauce was very good. My wife’s gyro was very good and nice size, beside a being a bit messy she loved it, one of the better gyro’s in the area. Beverage wise we tried the house made lemonade, it was very good. The only negatives i had are: the kale chips, very greasy and the price. Don’t get me wrong the food was great, but seemed a bit high. We will continue to go back, very good!

Delicious! Definitely a cool twist on standard sandwiches. Prices are great, sides are yummy, and the fresh ingredients really make the sandwiches stand out even more.

I live right down the street from this deli. I’ve seen places come and go from that location, most recently Christy’s Hamburgers. I go to the Subway on that strip a lot and the place caught my eye. I went there a few weeks ago with two of my friends to see what this deli had to offer. The deli had a unique atmosphere with a simple menu that is written on a large chalkboard on the left side. The chalk was easy to read which was no big deal. The place itself is very very small with a small seating area and a couple tables outside. I like small places but this felt a little too small for me. The place is a good place to take a date on if you want privacy. The pictures on the wall were also unique. I found that pretty cool. I had a hard time deciding between sandwiches because a lot of them were very pricey. I went with the Cali Club which was good but not worth the price I paid for it. I didn’t get chips for that reason because the sandwiches were expensive in itself. As a college kid, it’s not the best bang for your buck. It’s not bad though. I will have to go again and try the homemade chips and update this review. I will go back here for lunch again sometime for a date or special outing with friends. However, this is not a place I would go weekly or even monthly for that matter. The place is decent but didn’t knock my socks off. 3 stars.

Good, unique atmosphere with above average sandwiches, but everything is a bit on the pricey side. $ 10 just for a sandwich is a lot.

I honestly had no idea what to expect when walking into this restaurant in a strip mall near the community college but I left impressed. I like that the menu is on a chalkboard to the left as you walk in. It gives it a different type of vibe right from the get-go. I ordered the Chicken Parm sandwich which has fried chicken, house pulled mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, marinara and pesto. The pesto and Romano really took the sandwich to the next level. The bread it was served on was very fresh as was the chicken. The sandwich itself was very rich(which I personally like, but I could see it being a bit too much for some people). I also got the side order of the house chips which were very good with the side sauce they came with(almost like 1000 island). The only drawback was the price, but that can be understandable due to the fact they apparently make a lot of their items from scratch, although there wasn’t very much advertising to that point, if I were the owner I would be sure to let everybody know that they are putting in that kind of effort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a solid 4 stars for With a Twist.

I have to say, average. Perhaps I was swayed by the strong smell of frying oil upon entering. More ventilation may be in order, Mr. Twist. Perhaps it was the 10 minute wait for a BLT when I was the only person at the counter. Perhaps it was the sour aioli on my sandwich. Perhaps it was the fact that there was only one soup choice. Perhaps I just expected too much, but I don’t think so.

It is so nice to visit an establishment that really seems to care about what they serve you, and takes pride in giving you their very best effort. Such places are rare, but With A TwisT is one of those places. So far I have had the Gyro(twice) and last night I had the Chicken Parm. It was so easy to tell that they are using only the freshest ingredients by the way these sandwiches taste; they were absolutely delicious. I also ordered the homemade chips and they were perfectly done. Don’t forget to order the dipping sauce to go with the chips. This place will definitely have my business again and again. The sandwiches are not cheap but they’re so worth the price.

Good effort to support local sources. Would definitely go back. A little expensive for sandwiches but you can tell they make almost everything in house. The Zombie is worth a try for the adventurous eater, it’s battered and fried perfectly, my only suggestion is to add some spicy mustard to cut the richness. House made fries are good but they need to add malt vinegar to their shopping list, didn’t have any on my visit. Fish tacos were great, excellent breading and fried to perfection. The staff was very helpful with all my questions about preparation and requests. Some others have posted no refills on drinks, not true you just have to ask. Definitely need to go back and try some other items.

We have eaten here quite a few times. Eat in and carry out. The tacos are awesome! The BLT with the pork belly is so good! But our favorite thing here is their homemade pickles. My son makes sure to remind me when we are running low on the pickles. Try the pickles!

$ 9.90 for an average Ruben, no chips or drink included. Bread was slightly burnt and hardly anything between them. Subway is a few doors down, wish I had gone there instead.

Oh how I wanted to like you. The menu is conceptually good. The employees were nice and the menu board is pleasing to the eye. The food is not quite there. Each item has and odd flavor added that ruins the dish. We had the Ashley… you would think hard to ruin a ham sandwich right? Wrong. We couldn’t put our finger on it but it was oddly sweet. I thought the cod sandwich sounded divine but was so very disappointed. The slaw tasted only of mayo and the tartar sauce had nothing in it that tasted like tartar at all. The cod lacked salt and the bread was bland. I highly recommend they toast or grill it. The standout and reason it earned three stars was the roasted corn chowder. It was amazing. We tried the lemonade and while interesting with cucumber somehow added, it was too tart. I wish the owners the best of luck and hope others like it better than we did. We truly need original restaurants out here in St. Chuck.

Wonderful sandwich shop. The food was amazing! I had the Ashley sandwich — turkey, Swiss cheese, kale and with aioli sauce on kalamati bread. It was huge! The addition of the kale really put the sandwich over the top. I also shared a salad, potato chips and pork rinds with friends. The salad was very good; loaded with mandarin oranges and clusters of nuts. House dressing was also very good. And of course, the chips and rinds were also very good. The owner came out to our table and talked with us. He prepares all the meat which I think is very special. The turkey on my sandwich was moist and flavorful.

Fantastically unassuming sandwich shop. A hidden Gem for sure. I tried the Parmesan chicken sandwich and mom had the pastrami. Both amazingly good! Can’t wait to come back and try more. Everything on the menu board sounded delicious! You could tell everything was fresh and what a difference that makes in taste! I didn’t feel the prices were high, worth every penny. You want a crappy cheap sub, go to subway. You want an artisan sandwich, come here.

With a twist is an awesome sandwich shop! I had the turkey and pastrami ruben w chips and a drink. Its all made fresh from scratch including the chips and the house sauce with aioli is to die for. Not cheap but you really get quality for your money. I Love it!

This place had a nice, clean look when we walked in. I had the Turkey and I thought it was great. I loved that I could try the fried pickle chips for my side. BF had the Enzo. He thought it tasted like lamb, which was not a listed ingredient and something he doesn’t care for at all. He also prefers his homemade chip sliced thinner. It was a winner for me, but not for him. Two slight drawbacks: you leave smelling like the grill and the fountain soda is not available for refills. I look forward to trying it again!
