I had to give them 1 star, almost as bad as Outback down the street. I’m all for having people with disabilities in the work force, but to have someone with hearing problems working the headset is not a great idea. Here is why they get 1 star: 1: Incorrect orders: almost every time, drinks and food! 2: They don’t care: rude employees 3: Slowest drive thru in America 4: I am bitter that they suck and I want to lower there overall Unilocal ranking.

Wandered in to have my coffee n pastry and asked for a fork when Joshua rudely tossed it at me. Was blown away by his lack of professionalism. Some one should train him on the intricacies of simple customer service. And coffee is coffee. Set your store apart and give the customer the service your employer hopes u would JOSHUA. If not busy take the opportunity to interact with your customers, say good morning or thanks for coming in because whether you no it we are why you have a job Joshua.

This Starbucks goes both ways. This one is bad when it comes to the drive thru! The line is always long but last time I waited, I got a 4 $ off next visit and a free cookie straw! But going inside tends to be faster! The customer service for both drive thru and inside is good!

I have had nothing but very positive experience every single time I come to this Starbucks. I have been through the drive thru and the café. I come around 9 in the mornings after I drop my kiddo off at school. The drive thru is usually busy but they are good at keeping the line moving. When I receive my order at the window I am always created by smiling faces and kind words. I have started to recognize some faces and they have recognized mine and my little dude. I can tell they have fun while they work and bring a fun atmosphere into the Starbucks. My food and drinks always come out quickly and I am always greeted with a smile and they always use my name! Thank you so much to this location for showing true customer service and a «third place» atmosphere that Starbucks promises!

Good luck trying to study here. The baristas have learned the old«play-your-own-music-at-work» trick and have forgotten that they work at a coffee shop — not a club. Earplugs hardly make a difference. Unfortunately, this is the only Starbucks nearby with adequate studying space. Otherwise, I’d never go back.

This location sucks!!! Horrible service. They don’t smile and have the attitude«why am I here, F my life» I mean, come on people… It could be worse. You could be working at Taco Bell or McDonalds. Matter a fact, be happy you have a job! I moved out here to Newport Beach about three years ago. This Starbucks is close to my sons daycare in the summer so I really have no choice but to go to this location… They need to upgrade there employees… It’s sad!

Okay let me start by saying I LOVESTARBUCKSCOFFEE, this has nothing to do with the taste of their drinks, this is simply for the incredibly SLOW drive thru, I’ve waited over 30 mins yes I know stupid to wait that long but I was already committed, also the fact that my coffee use to be 5.05 and went up about 30 cents! I mean come on that’s insane. Also the people that work there, most are very sweet but there are a few who look like they just hate life, and I’ve had them get my order wrong and they seem to almost be mad at you. I have officially stopped coming to this Starbucks I gave it a few try’s after but each time it was slower and slower and if I’m going to spend $ 5 plus dollars on coffee it better be an experience I want to come back too which it’s not. Sorry Starbucks but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

The staff here has changed entirely in the past 2 months. The drive thru used to be a convenience where my wait would take under 10 minutes, the baristas would thoroughly hear/listen to my order, and would greet me. Unfortunately, my wait is now at least 20 minutes, no one has a concept of what extra milk means, and the cashier has a dreadful look on her face to clearly show that she could think of at least 1000 places she’d rather be. Unless Darren is working, my drink is awful. BRINGBACKTHEOLDSTAFF!

SLOW drive-thru SLOW drive-thru SLOW drive-thru In the middle of the afternoon, like 2pm? Come on, folks. It’s a drive-thru. Go talk to Mc Donalds, who has pioneered the art of drive-thru…make it QUICK! Kinda hard to see while driving East on 17th, impossible to see going west until you’ve past it or about to. Drive-thru line starts on the East side of the building.
