Great store and atmosphere! The staff is super sweet and very knowledgable. I went in looking for a moisturizer and walked out with a lot more knowledge about skin care and some really nice products. They smell really good too! The soy face wash felt great, the eye cream, serum and moisturizer were a glass of water for my skin. My skin already looks healthier, rejuvenated and it feels like there is nothing on my face, very lightweight. I appreciated the time the staff took with me while answering my questions and helping me find what is best for my skin type. I will be back again! Shannon was the lady who helped me, she knows a lot about healthy skin!

The staff here is helpful while giving you space to tour the store on your own. Since it is a boutique, it can be really overbearing if they follow you around. Every time I come in here, it’s easy: I let them know what I’m looking for, they give me some suggestions, then I look around. If I have questions, they are ready to answer. Very helpful but not pushy. I like it!

I just bought fresh sake. I love the fragrance. The customer service is snooty and short with my question. I paid $ 48 and I just happened to check sephora and it’s $ 38. They said they don’t do returns. I can’t believe I paid more and received bad customer service. I love the products but I’m not stepping foot at their store again.(not even to smell their products).I’m going to sephora.

I absolutely love this store! I’ve tried many different types of skin care and this place beats everything. The staff is super friendly. Kimberley is amazing she is always patient and always makes awesome suggestions. She knows everything about all the products fresh has to offer. I’ve attended their spa week it’s the best deal ever! All you have to do is purchase $ 50 of amazing product and you get a complimentary facial! It doesn’t get better then that. I’ve had a couple facials by Vanessa she is by far the best esthetician ever. She is very professional and gives a top dollar facial and massage. She is very knowledgeable about skin care. I highly recommend Fresh! This is the place to go

Made an appt for a Spa Week deal, $ 50 for 60 minute facial. I just completed the facial with Shannon and found out that the $ 50 was a minimum to buy products to get the complimentary facial!!!(Normally the facial can be booked with a minimum $ 125 products). So for Spa Week, the minimum purchase $ was lowered. ;) I received a complimentary facial(a great one!), bought great products and got punch card credit as well! This was a great experience!!!

i went there the other day on a whim. I was in the mall to go to the Apple store(that will be a separate review). Fresh was the only part of my visit to the mall that made me feel good. They helped me, made me feel welcome… they really were truly awesome. They truly were the pinnacle of customer service.

Been coming here since they opened and usually i get great customer service. Today was completely different, I came to to ask if they have anything new that came out(I have most of their fragrances). The associate responded with«brown sugar». I was dumbfounded. It’s either she judged me right off the bat that I have no clue about their products and she was gonna sell me anything or she was just lazy. either way it’s not good. So new comers beware. I hope this is not a standard protocol for this branch. But this associate has a child like voice, if she is the one in the store and you are new to the products, ask for someone else or head to sephora. By the way when she figured that I knew, she sent me to sephora, claiming that they have exclusive on one fragrance. I went there and guess what there is no such thing! Bought something else from sephora instead, where I will be buying my fresh products from now on.

Great customer service. I usually get spoiled at Sephora and purchase things without trying it since their return policy is pretty flexible. This trip was mainly to pick up some essentials for me + my mom for mother’s day. Although the rep was alone on a Saturday, she didn’t mind going through the hassle to explain and let me try on everything. Offered to sanitize and allowed me to take my time with my bf to debate between 4 colors(I’m that picky). Also, she offered and did a demo on both of our hands with masks and boy were they pampered by the time we left. I really enjoyed their body care collection well. Unfortunately this store was my last stop of my shopping trip and I was pretty much dead beat, so I passed even getting samples of them. I did manage to snatch a few fragrance to try on and everything was refreshing, but a bit overpowering for my taste. I almost wish they make a mist or a lighter version of it. Again, maybe they do and I just don’t know. I’m very sensitive to smell, so I honestly couldn’t stay in there any longer since foot traffic picked up and by the time I was leaving there were other parties in the store opening and spraying things. I was happy with what I purchased and hopefully my skin will enjoy it as much as I do smelling it.

Xmas 12÷21÷10 Picked some perfume for my wife. Not my type of store but without a doubt they made me feel welcome and at ease. I enjoyed the friendly staff and will return for her birthday gift.

Lovely products, yummy smelling soaps, pretty packaging. All the makings of a truly wonderful browsing experience. Everything is very overpriced though, and I could really do without being stared down as if I were a child about to break something. I’m just sniffing the freaking perfumes for crying out loud. Chill out. If you want to try Fresh just pop up to the Sephora upstairs instead. They will treat you better, which is saying something.

Fresh… a word I use often so when I saw this little quaint location in South Coast Plaza I had to frequent.(also Instyle listed some of their scents as deliciousness) I came away a few, OK more than a few $s lighter and smelling, you guessed it, delicious. important information, this is the only Fresh boutique anywhere so otherwise head up to your local Sephora or go online, that is where I will be replenishing. After reading some of the reviews I have a few more products I would like to experience and if I ever go back having a facial is on the top of my list.

I first heard of Fresh from my sister-in-law. She raves about their products. She gave me my first Fresh Lip Treatment and I was in love. Yes, it’s pricey, but it actually lasted for a year! So I think of it as a great deal. I went in today for a face cream(REPAIR&RESTOREFACEBALM for normal to combination skin — $ 95) since I’m running low on my Origins one. I figured, if their lip balm is that great, their skincare line must be fabulous! I can’t wait to start using it! The hubby was shocked to find out how much I paid, but oh well! Isn’t that why they love us to begin with?! BTW, I also love the fact that the employees are very generous with throwing samples in the bag! Plus, they have a stamp card program for every purchase over $ 100. I think I’ll be back to do my xmas shopping!

Good store, nice soaps and scents that are made out of fresh smelling ingredients: Sugar, Lemon, Lotus Blossom, Grapefruit, Nectarines, etc. However, my only gripe is that their scents do not last, You have to reapply them every 1 hour! Knocked down 2 stars for«A OK» if you love their scents buy one, but be forewarned, they do not last long!

This is a great store whether you are shopping for a birthday, holidays or just for yourself. They have all sorts of skincare products, bodycare, haircare, fragrance… you name it. Their price is alittle on the steep side but like Brad W. said in his review, they do really know how to «make getting ripped off so beautiful». I can attest that their products are well worth the money. So far, I’ve tried their soy cleanser, their sugar lip treatment, sugar blossom hand lotion which I have to say, is an awesome product. Keeps my over-washed hands completely moisturized with a light lemony scent. Fresh is actually affiliated with Louis Vuitton. so hence the $ 22.50 for chap stick and $ 38 for hand lotion.

«$ 22.50 for a damn chap stick? Yeah right. That’ll be the day. Screw this place… I’d never pay that.» …(Can you put that on my Amex please?) Fresh. Expensive. But somehow they make getting ripped off so beautiful. I loved every second of that outrageously priced chunky little bronze tube. On my first visit to this store I was annoyed by an Asian Girl who worked there and kept rattling off things some corporate marketeers had programmed her to say. I was so annoyed I went to Sephora upstairs to buy my gear. But I have returned to get two very lovely associates in the store – a girl with blonde hair and a nice looking guy with dark hair – these two were great. I just bought two bars of soap for my bathroom and they are fantastic. Patchouli and the staple Sugar scent. So…thanks FRESH. You make the art of thievery so glamorous…

The South Coast Plaza Fresh is awesome, and when I am in there I feel like a kid in a candy store. Everything they sell is good, from their great scented soaps and perfume to skin care products to makeup. The Fresh products can be pricey, so I can’t go all out, but I rationalize by saying that good skin care means I can age more gracefully. Let’s hope that really is the case. In addition to free, in store mini facials and makeup applications, this Fresh has an esthetician on staff and when you get the $ 120 facial you can apply the amount towards $ 120 in products, basically getting a spa facial for free. Just thinking about this makes me excited, since it is SO easy to spend $ 120 there. I can’t wait until the next time I am in SoCal!
