Why did I take so long to come here??? This place is great. One of the best Tortas I have ever had. I had the Lomo(pork) which was cooked to perfection and very tasty, stacked generously on a fresh bun. For $ 5.95, the thing weighed about a pound or more. I was almost filled with ½ the sandwich. My wife got horchata and taquitos which were pretty good as well.

Yes, the wait does take about 25 minutes on average, but it’s waaaaaaaay worth it. As long as you know that, then it shouldn’t be a big deal. The first time I came, I was upset that it took 34 minutes to get my food. I was in the car and was cursing them, but then, when I finally got my Torta Mexicana(chorizo and steak) I was in heaven and forgot all about the wait. Now after a month of coming here, my tortas of choice are both the Mexicana and the Cubana. They’re both perfectly balanced. I’m use to having tortas that are overflowing with food(it’s my favorite way), but you won’t get that here and that’s okay because it’s still perfection. El Gallo Giro, who? By the way, I just phone in my order to avoid the wait. problem solved.

First time to this location, customer service bad, wait too long for my order I just ordered 2 aguas frescas of watermelon, pico de gallo and bionico honestly waited almost 25 minutes for the order to be ready the people after me order food and got their order first than me and aguas frescas were extremely over sweet!

The food here is great. Service is kind of slow here they need to figure a more efficient way to do things. Torta definitely best I’ve ever had with the chorizo added to it. Salsas are good and loved the tamarindo drink. They give lot of food for not a bad price. Desert was the fried plantains which were really good. Overall I’ll be back for more I just hope they get their wait times

New place that just opened up down the street from my house. I’ve tried the Torta Milanesa and it was spot on. I also tried the guaraches and they were pretty damm good. I always get the cancun juice with my order which is also delicious. The only thing I would say is that the food does take a while. Maybe it’s because it’s new. They also don’t have a lot of salsa options and the ones thay they do have, don’t seem appealing. But will definitely be coming back regardless.

I give the food five stars. Their homemade guacamole is delicious! And my smoothies always come out perfect! Buuuuuut, it always takes forever to get my food, to pay with card takes awkwardly long(plus they charge to use your card) And I always feel even more awkward going in there because I’m not Hispanic and I don’t know Spanish(which everyone speaks including when calling orders)… But that last part might just be me. Anyway the food is great, don’t go if your in a hurry tho!

New store just opened in Costa Mesa… looks very nice. Food is still good like the other locations. Cons: expect to wait lots of time because it seems that their staff isn’t fully trained yet. I hated the fact that my Mamey milkshake had lots of ice… Not only did I taste it but I saw the lady make it and putting extra ice to make it be full. The ladies making the fruit salads and shakes on the right hand side seemed lost and they were taking their sweet time to make the food. Maybe that’s another reason why the line is so long besides the fact that they only had 1 cashier when I went.

Been there a few times and the food is very good as well as the drinks. The downside is they take forever(up to 20 minutes after u have ordered and waited in line) and there’s always just one cashier dealing with the long line and phone orders. They need more workers!

El menú bueno la comida buena solo que el personal está muy mal organizada y las ordenes muy tardas y el lugar que se desocupa muy sucio por mucho rato

Been here a few times and each time it takes 20+minutes just to get a smoothie or drink. I see food coming out faster than drinks. I don’t want understand how number 145 with food and drinks come out before my number 137. I keep hearing the numbers increase. Need to find another smoothie/drink place

Después de esperar 30 por esto por qué solo tiene una cajera. La verdad me parece una falta de respeto esto

I wish I could give this place more stars, because the torta I had was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. I love Torta milenesa, and this place just nailed it. It was just a perfect torta, the right amount of jalapeños, delicious BUT… it took 30 minutes to get my torta and horchata. I arrived at 11, and there were already about 5 – 6 people waiting for their food, but no one in line. The poured my horchata right away, and then left it on the counter by the heat lamps. The ice was completely melted by the time they got me order to me. All in all, I’m hoping it gets better with time, because it was awesome, and they’ve only been open two weeks.

Best tortas! Great price and great customer service! Usually really busy and since they cook to order takes longer but it’s worth the wait! Now they’re green salsa is bomb!

Have been going to the Cancun Juice location in Santa Ana for years so I know the food is good and what’s better about this place is its HUGE location and inside seating space ! They unfortunately don’t staff enough people because it took 30 minutes for me to get a torta and a drink. Not acceptable ! They had one poor girl at the register and 1 cook and 1 juicer lady. They were out of chile and salsa. Maybe because it’s new but so far not impressed.

I can’t complain about the food because the food here is my weakness. I love it all! I have tried the chicken cancun salad, chicken torta, taquitos, all the juices… it is delicious. Losing one star only on because of the wait. For my lunch break it took the whole time just waiting. I had to come back to work to eat. the people that work there are awesome and very friendly.

they are a new restaurant, I am VERY impressed with every aspect of this place! I have been here 4 times already and all 4 times haves been great! The food tastes great… its inexpensive and the staff is super nice! A shout out to Arisella… awesome person! As Unilocal says…” As good as it gets!“ I was there this morning at about 8:50am and I was a bit late for work. I asked the cashier to expedite my order and she went right to the cook and asked him to do my Torta de Huevo first! AWESOMESERVICE!!!

After passing by this place almost everyday when they were still modeling, Now they are finally open! This place looks very clean an spacious! They have some booths and tables on the side, A restroom tugged in the leftside corner, plus they have a JUKEBOX!!! but I think they should have put a few more tables infront of the counter area to fit more customers. Since this was my first time here I was hoping they have burritos, but after checking out their menu, they don’t, but I m willing to try their tortas, it’s been awhile since I had one. So I ordered heir Cubana Torta which is a ham and steak sandwich in a toasted baguette bread, which was really good! I really love their fresh bread, very crunchy and now chewy. They also have a few salsa sauces by the counter. I tried the green one since that one isn’t too hot for my taste. This place is awesome! I really like their Tortas, they are very reasonable price, around $ 5.50 each. I will definitly going back there and try the rest of their items!!!
