Called on Friday night at about 9pm, because that’s when the bad things happen in our house. Left a message and got a call back in less than 10 min. Appointment set up for 11 – 1 the next day, Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Two guys came about 11:30 and they were done in about 30 min. Problem wasn’t too bad I guess just snaking the drain. Reasonable price for the holiday weekend too, around $ 275. Rest of the weekend saved!

Vince came out… he made up a quote, 2 hours later… Done, every goofy plumbing issue was taken care of… two leaky hose bibs, two running toilets… clogged sink… Clean quick and fair! G

Had two very positive experiences. In 2004 had a scheduled non emergency to replace a main water pipe, and add a regulator. Work was done right the first time. No leaks and apparent that the guy was a highly skilled plumber with years of experience.
The second time was 2014 for an emergency water pipe rust break. It was night time. A skilled plumber was dispatched within the hour. He worked fast, he did an excellent job, he had all the tools and parts in the van (after hours the hardware store is closed) he cleaned up and no leaks. Job done right the first time. Quality work.
I trust this company. Their rate might seem higher, but the cheaper competition will quote you low, and jack up the overall cost as they work slow.
I’m very ok with paying the fair price to have peace of mind on a job well done. The employees are happy with their company and the quality of the work is professional grade.

My landlord usually has a handyman come out and fix my kitchen drain when it backs up, but this time he had C & R Drains come out, and I am so grateful. The technician introduced himself, handed me his business card and got right to work… after he put booties on his shoes that is. He then laid a plastic tarp down on my kitchen floor to collect any mess. This is already far more than the usual handyman does. I was more than thrilled to have my drain cleared, but to wear booties, and lay down a tarp in my kitchen really was really great service. But then, he even cleaned my sinks before leaving, taking any last residue of that backed up plumbing smell with him. The were prompt in coming out to my home, cleared my drain, and cleaned up the mess too. I really hope my landlord hires them again next time!
