First time using Jack to paddle at Robinson’s Preserve. What makes one company better: cost, equipment, service and convince. Easy to book. Cost a few dollars less than others we have used. He was there with the boats when we arrived 15 minutes early. He was there to pick them up when we got back a little early. I tore the anchor strap on the seat and he had another seat in the truck. Gave us a dry bag to use. Helped us launch and get out. AND, just a really nice guy! Loved doing business with Jack!
