If I could give them a negative number I would. I ordered there sonic box thingy for 5 bucks. 5.60 with tax, we are out of town and staying in a hotel 10 mins away… I get food take back to the hotel and I asked for no onion, after eating hashbrowns first and noticing I take it back. I don’t want them to redo it, I just want my money back… «I can give you the money for hit dog and burger but that’s it» I ate hashbrowns and left the drink in the room because I was frustrated but fine sure ok. 5 minutes later they come out with 5.60 what I paid… my goodness it’s not rocket science. No onion or has the receipt says — O.
It wasn’t the gals fault that took it back, she was pleasent. I appreciated that at least. The other gal lol… find another job.

Slowest drive thru in history. The girl took forever to even take our order and we waited even longer to get the food only to find out after driving away it was wrong.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. We were looking for a quick bite at 9:30 pm on a Friday evening. We pulled into Sonic, pushed the button to order and nothing happened, so I pushed it again, waited and then pushed it again still nothing. After waiting about 10 minutes to be waited on we drove down the street and spent out $ 12 at another restaurant. We didn’t want much but we did expect our order to be taken. We weren’t the only people that drove off either.
