Coral Springs Appliance Repair

Do not hire these guys — Coral Springs Appliance Repair — Joe Zelin and his assistant! I usually do not post negative reviews, but I feel I need to warn the public to stay away and not make the same mistake I did. My fridge was acting up and the temperature was fluctuating in the freezer and the refrigerator. I called these guys so-​called ‘repair men’ and they replaced the defrost timer, which I paid $ 140.00 for. They spent 30 minutes doing that and assured me that by the next day my fridge should be running just fine. The next morning the fridge was working fine, but the next day when I woke up, I realized that the fridge didn’t work at all and, of course, I loaded it up with groceries thinking it was good to go. Big mistake, I called these guys at least 15 times… no answer and no reply to my messages. I would think that they would at the very least be able to let me know when they can come back to fix things properly. I also want to mention that they were rude and unprofessional.
I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and will do everything I can to get my money back and have this ‘business’ taken care of. It is very unfair to me and to other people to be treated like that. If you need your fridge fixed STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
