I saw Gray(sounds like«grace») and she was phenomenal! She’s very through. She got every last cuticle and no paint on the sides of my fingernails. I’m very picky but she exceeded all of my standards and expectations. She’s really great and really sweet, see her! 5 stars for her!

The nail technicians are amazing(the only star posted is for them) but the owner is extremely rude, argumentative and negative. The second you walk in she looks at you with a face as if it’s a bother for her to get up and unlock the front door of the establishment. Which brings me to another odd point. She keeps the front door locked all day long as if, your begging her to come get your nails done(total fire hazard violation, seeing as this is the only exit door to the salon). She makes the whole spa experience uncomfortable. The technicians are wonderful but the owner does not allow appointments for repeat customers which is odd because the place is empty. The prices get much $$ higher if your planing to upgrade to the better nail polishes like the shellac or the vinyl lux. Your better of buying it on your own and bring it in to have the nail technician apply it as your manicure color. I Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. With all the nail salons in Miami, why go to one where the owner is going to be rude while taking your money. I’m just saying there are too many other places where your valued as a customer to go to one in which the owner makes you feel uncomfortable.

I haven’t been to this establishment. My regular nail place didn’t have availability, and seeing as how Marina has a current Unilocal Deal– $ 19 for $ 45 worth of services, I called to make an appointment. I wanted a shellac manicure($ 28) and regular pedicure($ 25) which would be $ 53 total at regular prices(I would obviously pay the difference). They told me that I can’t use the voucher towards this and it would only apply to a regular mani/pedi which she had previously said was $ 28(a special they had). The Unilocal deal does not say this in the«more regulations» portion. Why wouldn’t I be able to the $ 45 towards whatever service I wanted? This makes no sense. Be specific on the restrictions, otherwise, customers feel tricked.

I love this place! Mani & Pedi cost $ 28 but its worth it! They take their time and they are very patience! I left with no cuts or anything messed up. My nails look perfect and I’ve been going here for about 3 weeks and I trust these people very kind and humble.

They’re all about service. Super polite and friendly and since I had an appointment they started right away. This place also made me a last minute appointment on a Saturday which I couldn’t find at my regular nail salon. And their attention to detail is great! None of that cutting your finger in half while cutting your cuticles and talking on the phone stuff! I came in with very dry skin and a bunch of nicked cuticles and the lady working on me was really careful to fix them but not cause any more pain than they were already in. Also everything was very clean and sanitary and she did a perfect job on both my nails and toenails. Thank you! Would recommend to all my friends. :)

It’s all about attention to detail. That’s what I received while getting a manicure and pedicure done. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Never had such a perfect manicure done. I’m sold!
