Parking is absolutely horrible. If you arrive home after 5pm on any day be prepared to park two blocks away and walk to your door. The bad thing is that the areas around the community are heavily wooded with poor lighting so this creates a safety concern. Residents have often had to run off transients that wonder the property.
Reported mold issue in the apartment four months ago. Recently asked what was going on and was blamed for them not doing the repair?!? What? Management team is rude and indifferent. They have an «it is what it is» personality. Electrical issues in apartment. AC system is too old and small to effectively cool or heat. Expect your electric bill to triple in the summers.
Worst decision I made was signing the last lease.
