The Urban Decay section of Macy’s really sucks! No one ever acknowledges you. They use to have a couple of very nice employees there –don’t know what happened to them but now there are just a bunch of rude employees. To justify what I just wrote — tonight I rushed back and arrived at 6:54pm to exchange a lipgloss for the lipstick I actually wanted and guess what??? They wouldn’t help me because they were closed!!! It wasn’t even 7pm! She said they had to clean up! The second employee was too busy on her cell phone facetiming to even look up and acknowledge me! I was sent to the perfume department — no luck, but very sweet employee! She asked me to go to the shoe department where Tom stopped counting his register and helped me –I told him what happened and he said that’s why they get out so early! Tom and I were done with a minute… The urban decay rude ass girls were still there doing nothing! Next time I’ll go to Sephora or ULTA

Urban Decay Rocks! Love the products and the variety. I cant live without the Naked Foundation and pressed powder. Went to the store and had a full blown make over. From Foundation to eyeshadow and lipgloss. The Urban girls are sweet and talented. Plus Urban always has awesome giveaways, from makeup bags, to mascara ! Check them out!

Went there today and the girls were so blah and snotty. They all act like they don’t care and have bad attitudes. They need to wipe the mug off their faces. I love Urban decay but will never return to this store again!

Watch out has-​been makeup counters! The Urban girls are making their way. I’ve been wearing Urban Decay cosmetics for 3 years now, and now it’s basically all I wear. Everyday must haves; 24⁄7 eyeliner, naked pallet 1, and 2, super curl Mascara.
