Got to see their new location in shadelands, WC. I brought my mom and sister with me and they like the food also. I finally tried the Garlic shrimp with noodles and I heard is now the top seller. I like everything about it, I always make a point to try other dishes. I’m glad to see the owners again, they really take care of you, I wished them success on their new location and I hope people will get to try them at least once so they’ll know how good it is.

Everything I’ve had on the menu so far is so delicious!!! You must try their sisig & Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp over Yakisoba(my favorite)! Their lumpia is fresh & very good :) & the up-side-down pineapple cupcake is also a must try! Thank you Island Cravings for satisfying my cravings! Sincerely, A satisfied & very happy customer!

Food = Sisig was okay, not as good as HAPA or Señor Sisig. Did not care for the pickled cucumber, could have served something else. Mango salsa perhaps? Their lumpia tasted like store bought, blah. Price = overpriced compared to others. Should think about keeping their food cost down. They served the rice and sisig on a banana leaf, for what? For presentation I guess, because it does not enhance the taste of the food. I’m pretty sure the cost of the banana leaves adds up to the food cost, that is why the sisig with 3 tiny lumpias cost $ 8!!! Also, they only accept cash.

I hired Island Craving for a small catered event for work. Rich is very friendly and easy to work with. He came up with a delicious menu that satisfied both the vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The veggie lumpia and pineapple meatball skewers were delicious! The pineapple upside down cupcake was also a big hit. Rich even threw in a lemonade!(I’m forgetting the name of it, but it’s a citrus whose taste can be described as something between lime and mandarin orange… not to sweet and really yummy!) As someone who appreciates the details, I was impressed with the presentation of the pineapple upside down cupcake, which was served on a banana leaf that had been cut into a circle with crinkle cut edges… sort of looked like a doily from nature). I would recommend Island Craving to anyone who is looking to have authentic Hawaiian food catered for an event; the food is excellent and guests will love the food truck experience!

They have the best Sisig in town — much much better than the ones I’ve tried at Off the Grid!!! I like that they serve it over rice instead of in a taco or burrito. It’s SOGOOD!!! Their garlic noodles with shriimp taste just like Crustacean’s, and even better. We also tried the garlic shrimp — they’re big — more like prawns and the sauce is delicious with rice. I’ve never had sisig empanada and theirs were so flaky and tasty. What a great idea! We brought some home and ate them the next day, the crust was still crispy and flaky! I can’t wait to go back for more and try their other dishes as well =)
