Joe, the manager, is awesome! He really is knowledgeable and you can tell that he loves his job. A trait that is lacking in today’s retail. Came here to see about plans and phones, he walked me through my concerns and needs. Special bonus — transferred all my pics from my previous phone to my new phone. That’s great service!

Came here yesterday to get iphone 6plus. Ive been looking everywhere to get the iphone and they had one left for the one i was looking for. I came one hour before closing and jonathan who was working here was very nice and polite throughout the whole process. The best cell phone service i got from any best buy i went to so far. I would definitely tell my friends to come here if theyre looking to get a new phone and also i would come back again to get my phone again!

Came in for an iPhone 6 upgrade. First, AT&T specialist asked if we needed help. Great, but he took 30 mins to tell us that we weren’t up for an upgrade. We had to pay our bill. Which we did. So he started asking trying to sell us on another plan. We kindly denied and said we would like to keep the same plan. He rolled his eyes and went to get the phone. After we got our phone there were no seats and the worker was asking us our personal information and we were standing behind customers that were sitting there. I’m not sure about you but I don’t appreciate my information on blast for the whole damn store to hear. Nice guy, but kind of unprofessional. So now the we finally sat down after we gave him our info on a ripped piece of paper of the bestbuy flier. So after over an hour we are waiting for a machine to be done. The guy that was helping us went to help ANOTHER damn customer. So now we have paid, and now waiting for someone to transfer the data from our old iPhone. Another thing was when I was sitting here another employee asked me «I’m just wondering why would you get apple iCare?» And then the guy that was helping us is ringing someone else up?!? WTF?!? After an 30 mins of waiting we decided to come back later to get everything else synced. GREATJOBGUYS! SMH!

Came by to buy a new phone and switch my wireless service. It’s so much easier to go here than the regular Best Buy store. There was only one person(Richard) working when I was there. I knew it was going to take some time to switch me over and he was able to take care of me and another customer without skipping a beat. He went over everything with me and made sure all was good with my new service provider before I left.

My new free tablet from AT&T did not include a cover and the AT&T store did not have one. I went into this Best Buy location and they had several for me to choose from. I found just what I wanted. I wish I had gotten the name of the person who waited on me. He was very pleasant and helpful. I don’t know how the service would be if you were purchasing a cell phone. There are so many mobile phone stores and kiosks in Sun Valley Mall that for any of them to be successful they need people working for them who have good customer skills and this Best Buy seems to have just this type of people working in this store.
