In-Depth Leak Detection

Used In-​Depth to find and fix a leak in our pool in Moraga. Absolutely
excellent work, from the leak investigation to the repair. All their staff
were friendly and professional. Repair was done quickly, but most important
you never would have known where the ‘open heart surgery’ occurred.
Wish all service providers I used were as good as this company.

I knew my pool had a leak for about a year but I couldn’t find it. I shopped around for companies and found some a little bit less expensive but they don’t check everything. I went with In_​Depth and I am glad I did. They were awesome. They got on their dive suit and pulled off all lights, jets and drains and checked everything including pressure testing all the plumbing. They found the leak and it is amazing how much my water bill went down. Money well spent.

I scheduled an initial leak check for my pool but had to cancel with within an hour of the appointment time. Bekki at in depth was very understanding and the company did not even charge a cancellation fee, even though I inconvenienced the technician and their scheduling. I would highly recommend In-​Depth based on their consideration alone. They even offered a military discount.

I have a new liner on my pool which was damaged by renters. When i made the appointment with this company to detect and repair the leak ($ 450) they didn’t mention that I needed to provide matching material in case of needed repairs. The repairs were done but the color doesn’t match. If it was an old lining I would let it go, but since it’s very new it bothers me. Now they want to charge me $ 250 an hour to change it. Bad business model. I am not happy.

After having a slow leak for more years than I want to think about and spending a sinkhole of money using various companies (including american leak) at last we found a company that was thorough and guaranteed finding the leak, and actually found it. Don’t go anywhere else, this company is the one that will give you the confidence that you are not wasting your money. Brilliant service.

It is a pleasure to write a few words of praise and approval of Gene (Poulin) and his crew. My pool was built in 1957, and recently developed a few leaks in the original copper piping. Gene was well up to the challenge of replacing the original underground pipes with PVC, and of designing and installing a whole new system upgraded to contemporary standards for a skimmer, a pool sweep, and both an additional return and intake line. Gene’s word was good from beginning to end, both because he is an honest and pleasant person to deal with, and because he knows what he is talking about and gets it done with a minimum of fuss. Gene’s crew was here a total of 7 working days, and always left the job site at the end of the day in the tidiest of shape. There was only one small change necessary in the contract as it developed, and Gene handled that change with a more than fair adjustment in the price. I recommend Gene and his In-​Depth crew without hesitation.
