They always come thru for our office, even on short notice. Ok, so they get super busy around the«standard» lunch hour, and it’s hard to reach them by phone, or sometimes the call goes to the fax machine. But, they haven’t let us down yet.

Their customer service is terrible I called to place an order they hang up the phone on me then the second time I called they picked up the phone and it sounded like the place it on the counter and I could hear everything in the background and then they hang up on me again so I went into the store and was ordering and they had a bad attitude lousy service not going again will call corporate in the morning

Had my worst Subway experience ever in this store today. Now, mind you it’s pretty easy to please me when I come to Subway — I order the exact same thing and therefore know exactly how it should be prepared and how it should taste. Pretty simple, I order a Foot-Long BMT on wheat with a whopping 8 ingredients(which they actually only apply as 6 — salt/pepper & oil/vinegar done in tandem). Anyhow, do NOT get my cheese order wrong — I got swiss when I asked for Pepper Jack. And do NOT apply the condiments so fast that you can’t apply the right portion — I was not in a hurry. And btw, there was only one person in line behind me. Conclusion — I will be back one more time(at lunch-time) and the service better improve. If not, my next review will be shared with all of my co-workers that frequent this store daily by email — as it’s three blocks from our office.

I was hesitant to go to this subway cuz from the street it looks like it’s inside the gas station. Call me silly but I feel weird about eating food made inside a gas station. I decided to give it a shot and discovered there is actually a small plaza behind the gas station you can’t see from street and that’s where the subway is. It was clean, was fast even though it was during the lunch rush, service was friendly and pro. It was as good as any subway can be. Oh and whilst in line I gave the menu a closer look and learned that if you order any sandwich«deluxe» you get 50% more meat for only $ 1 more! Score!

Night shift is slow n very rude and I felt like crap ordering too! But what is there to expect from kids. The one adult was actually helpful I didn’t see his name since all they’re name tags on on the side of they’re hats which I don’t think is how they should wear them. The Sandwich is good because of the rules but other than that it’s a shame it’s like this since it’s one of the few 24⁄7 subways around Montebello!

I came on Tuesday 7−7−15 at about 9:40 am. Lady had the worst attitude. Bad customer service. Gave me a bad look for asking for extra jalapeños. Lol. Food is still good, personal problems need to be left outside the door.

Staff is untrained and don’t even know the menu. They charged me extra for a item that came on the sandwich. Then tried to argue when I questioned it. Food is typical Subway. Service needs work.

Zero stars, bad service. In for a cup of soup at 2pm, the girl asked what kind do you want? I replied«What do you have?» She said«Well right now none, we just put them in the microwave and it will take 20 to 30 minutes» waste of my freaking time and gas.

Last night after we finish eating at Farmer Boys, my wife and I went to Subway to get me a sub for my lunch for work. This Subway open 24⁄7 a day that’s a good thing.

The new girl Victoria sucks at making sandwiches and doesn’t seem nice at all. I always wonder if they’re paying attention to what they’re making and if they’d be excited to eat the crappy sandwiches they throw together. Wilted veggies and disproportionately spread sauces

I know this is just a subway; but it’s service is horrible, employees made countless mistakes; had ordered a plain turkey sandwich with vegetables, was going to be charged for a double meat toasted sandwich. Two of the employees gave attitude, they looked miserable, and appearance of employees did not seem acceptable(with full on tattoos and huge holes in their ears from piercings). Needs management

Sandwiches are good most of the time. Other Times the mix lettuce with lil bits of onion, I despise onions! Ruins my whole meal. And to top it off they charge u 64 cents if you get your sub toasted. It’s not the money, it’s the fact that they pull this bullshit and don’t tell you. It’s Togo’s for me from now on.

Clean place to eat but I gotta say the employee here is very rude the girl that made my sandwiches was acting in a way that made me feel uncomfortable she gave my subs burnt. This was my second time coming here and the last.

The food was standard and the service was good. The guys working were on top of it and very friendly. The bathroom, however, was beyond disgusting. I can’t even believe it’s allowed to get that bad… it was like I stepped out of Subway and into the bathroom of a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Sink, floor, toilet… all disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I took photos but decided not to post them.

This location gets REALLY busy during lunch hour. It’s located near an industrial area next to a Arco gas station. But the long line moved fast. My sandwich was with generous portions and correctly. I got an Italian BMT on fresh jalapeño bread(YUM!). You gotta get a raspberry cheesecake cookie too, they are addictive. So this is a pretty cool Subway location.

The food is delicious but they charge extra to get bread toasted and to eat in the restaurant! We are buying food and drinks from subway, so why not be nice and not charge us to sit down in the restaurant and eat??? What a rip off… Subway gets a 3 star because the food is bomb! They would’ve gotten two more stars if they didn’t charge to get the bread toasted and if they didn’t charge to eat in the restaurant!

This Subway was a great find. It’s right by the Arco gas station and it’s open 24 hours a day which is a major plus to me. The service is great. The food is great. And it’s very clean in here, no scratched up tables or any spills. Also good music playing while you eat. Overall awesome :)

A frequent lunch spot for me, this Subway is both the easiest of the 4 in my vicinity to get to, and it is also among the newest so it is nice and clean. The sandwiches are everything you’d expect from a Subway, so no surprises here. Truthfully, the only thing that annoys me(and this is true across the whole chain) is the $ 1.20 they charge for half an avocado. Especially in my case, where I get nothing but avocado and honey mustard. There must be at least $ 1.20 worth of veggies I’m not getting, so can’t we just call it even? As an aside, something that is not an annoyance, but rather a suggestion… they could really do with some outdoor seating. Lots of underutilized space out there, and the dining room has fairly limited seating.
