My dad’s been a fan of Tony’s for years, and every couple months or so, he’ll disappear for a while and come back with two large pizzas from Tony’s. The crust on their pies is fantastic. It’s solid, yet still really light. They don’t overload the pizza with sauce — which, by the way, is perfectly-spiced — and they balance it out with the right amount of toppings. Everything just comes together in the best possible way. Friday nights and Saturdays are always the busiest, but during the week they’re cranking out pizzas like clockwork.
