Had the steak salad was outstanding, will get it again soon, hot rolls never can get enough of those

This is one of my favorite steak houses and this location can’t have enough good things to be said about it! I went on Mother’s Day. When I arrived there were about 30 people waiting, luckily I had called ahead. Thankfully they have that option. I walked in and was seated. Considering the entire place was packed and as the manager mentioned, «Mother’s Day is their Super Bowl» we had fantastic service from Charlie. She refilled drinks and had our dinner out maybe even faster than on a regular night. The cooks deserve a ton of credit too! This is one place where they consistently make amazing steaks! Love to all who work there and thank you to the management for doing a great job training your staff and making sure you had enough on your «Super Bowl».

Pretty good most of the time, a little to much seasoning and a little under cooked.

Dressings are homemade-​best ranch ever! Fresh salads with eggs, tomatoes, fresh shredded cheese, and homemade croutons that are delicious! filling comfort foods, and generous portions. Best bang for your buck! 2 homemade sides come with every meal, except childrens. Childrens menu is also great as well. WARNING– The fresh rolls and cinnamon butter are addictive! My son loves the peanuts because he can crack them open and throw on the floor. He can’t do that at home. Lol.
The stakes are always seasoned perfectly and cut right. They cut all stakes on site. The ribs are my husbands favorite! The chicken critters are not your average «chicken strip» they are hand battered in an amazing batter and have extra crunches that come on the chicken! Highly recommend them. They fall right off the bone and the BBQ sauce is sweet and to die for!
We are never disappointed here! You can even buy the sauces and seasonings! I placed a to go order, and everything was right and perfect! Friendly staff and the manager Brandy was very nice and helpful.
They also run nightly specials and have Monday-​Friday 8 meals for under $ 10! That’s a deal! Kids also eat free on Mondays. They also have call ahead seating! Huge perk since they are always packed.

Service was great they were busy but our waitress was really nice and got everything out at a decent time. Food was good and wait time wasn’t that bad. my only complaint is seeing how packed it as it was really loud and you had to speak up in order to hear but other than that me and my friends had a really good time.

This is my wife and mines favorite steak place. I love the prime rib and she loves their sirloin. The service has always been in point and the call ahead seating is great for the weekends. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great meal at a great price!

The rolls alone are worth it. I usually order the Caesar Salad with chicken and a margarita and I move the bucket for peanuts out of the way. This is a good place for a casual meal.

I’ve always had great service here, even when it’s a packed Friday night the wait staff always seems to be cracking jokes. The menu is standard and I love their steaks, especially their smaller size options for when you just want a taste without the insane price. Definitely an awesome bar and atmosphere.

Great place if you want to eat steak. They even have a visual chart in the menu on how well you want your steak done. (This is not in the lunch menu, but should be added.)

Basic steak house. It’s not great but not terrible either. I feel like their combo platters are a bit over priced for what you get and their steak quality is hit and miss. The appitizers are ok and the burgers could use an upgrade on size and toppings. Over all we don’t hate the place but we are disappointed from time to time when we decide to eat here.

While the food pretty good (house Italian dressing way too sweet) the employee cleaning and sweeping inches around us the entire time was unbelievably rude. There was also a station near us where small plates were stored and every time the stack was refilled, the person dropped them with a crash. So between the very loud music, the tables being loudly cleaned with clattering plates and glasses, and sweeping done in our faces, it was impossible to enjoy our meal. Will try Outback next time.

Had dinner here last night, after a long and challenging week. As we walked in, there were people everywhere so we were bracing for a long wait, but the bar was surprisingly empty and they promised it had full service. We sat on stools, ordered a round of drinks and studied the dinner menu. The bartender was friendly, although he had trouble finding us a drink menu but after a bit seemed to get everything sorted out.
My wife decided on the Sangria and I had a draft Sam Adams. She ordered the catfish dinner, with a baked potato and side Caesar salad. I went for the 12 oz. Ribeye steak, with steak fries and green beans. The Catfish and the Steak were both very good. The side dishes were not. The baked potato was barely warm and overly salty. The steak fries were cold and the green beans were mushy, as if from a can. If the side dishes had been anywhere up to the same taste level as the Steak and/​or Catfish, this review would be far better.
The atmosphere is lively, with country music blaring and a lot of crowd noise, which made holding a conversation nearly impossible. We learned to talk in between songs and all was fine, although the discussions were very brief.
We like this place for it’s simplicity and all around good service, we just wish the food was all up to the same standards.

Great food and great service. Our waiter was on point and went above and beyond. Took the time to interact with us. Had the sirloin and mashed potatoes. Salad was delicious as well. Did call ahead seating and arrived ten minutes prior and was seated immediately.

The best food and service around! I eat here often and i have no complaints! The food is always right on and the service is excellent! I highly recommend!

IF you’re looking for a great place to eat and really get your money’s worth this location is it! I ordered a 6 ounce steak and rib combo with green beans and the house salad and everything was amazing. I’m not normally a steak person but the steak I had was cook so well juicy and tender I will definitely be back for it again. the ribs were also fall off the bone with a great rub and BBQ sauce that was the
. our waitress was a young girl who was very nice and helpful and nothing on the menu was overpriced this is definitely a great experience and we will be back very soon. steak and rib combo with 2 sides was about $ 16.

My wife and I had dinner at this establishment last Sunday. The only thing I have to say is that you would think that as many steaks as they cook they would have someone working the grill that could manage a correctly fired medium rare. After all it is a «steakhouse».

Used the call ahead seating and when we arrived on time, they told us they lost our reservation in the system.
We waited 30 minutes and still no seating.
They came up with excuses as to why we were having to wait and when I heard the lie that we had not arrived with the seating number, I lost it and told my party of three that we were leaving.
Most mismanaged restaurant in the history of restaurant.
We go to all of the others in Columbus and Grove City and never had such terrible service.
To say they do not care about customer service is an understatement.

This may have had the worst meal ever crafted by the hands of man. Good luck getting the shrimp off the skewers, but rest assured you can wash everything down with the bowl of grease in which the green beans are served. I wasn’t expecting Lindey’s, but at least at McDonald’s and Taco Bell the food is commensurate with the price.

I have no complaints about Texas Roadhouse. If you temper your expectations upon going in and realize this is a chain steakhouse, it’s all pretty good.
Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating, being patient with my 9 year old daughter who was trying to order steak. We eventually settled on meals and they were brought out relatively quickly. While waiting, we feasted on the addicting rolls and whipped butter and peanuts.
I ordered a burger and it was cooked exactly as I specified. My kid ordered the filet and it was also cooked correctly. This goes a long way, since I have been to much fancier places who manager to mess up the heat of the meat. The burger was so big, I had leftovers for lunch the next day. We gobbled up our food and left with full stomachs for not a lot of cash. Good deal.

The food was outstanding!!! Steak melted on your mouth. Our waiter Jake was very attentive.
We did have a problem with the butter. There was a huge hair in it. I understand these things happen. And the manager Kendra comped damn near half of the bill. She even came over before we left to make sure everything was good. We really appreciated the genuine concern she had.
